Wow wow wooowwww! Horrible horrible experience! My friend and I waited 20mins on our food after being told to have a seat and the food would be brought to us when ready, which was supposed to be 4mins! We paid, sat down, and waited...waited...and waited some more until my frustrated friend got up n got the food. We literally wanted to see how long theyd take being we got such rude attitudes and service upon ordering...20 minutes!! Which would have been longer had my friend not gotten it. The young girl nonchalantly handed her our already bagged meals as if she had not remembered telling us to just sit and our meals would be brought to us....20 minutes ago! Ordering wasnt a breeze, either. The young girl and older lady kept asking us what we wanted and then walking off in the middle of us responding! I just couldnt fathom what was going on! We were very polite, smiling faces, no attitude whatsoever. I believe we were instantly targeted because of an assumption these ladies made on my friends and I personal relationship. These issues seem so much but with no exaggeration needed! It was that bad! Not to mention the burnt chicken teriyaki and egg rollls. Those egg rolls were sooo extra crispy and dark, youd have thought we made a special request for that! I couldnt believe they actually served that to us! Our food was cold because of how long it was just sitting there but ofcourse, whos really going back up there for anything after this treatment! They gave no sauce whatsoever for our food, though, we did have fried rice and teriyaki chicken! When trying to get in contact with a manager to inform him of such service, we were given the run around, typical. First, he was going to be in at noon, then 3pm, then tomorrow, then sometime around Wednesday. Mind you, these incidents occurred on Sunday. Sad, this is the closest Panda Express to my job but Im willing to travel to the other location in Marietta to never have this experience again! Thank you to the other location for picking up what these guys fell extremely short on, manners, good food, and good service!

I love Panda Express, however, the service I received 3 minutes ago 1/21/17 @ 8:00, was deplorable. The male who served me kept reiterating (3x) the fact that Id have to pay extra since I requested the honey walnut shrimp bigger plate. I said "OKAYYY!" because I guess he believed I was either too illiterate to read the menu, or I couldnt afford it. Fast forward to check out; I told him that Id be utilizing my military discount. Everyone with a ga license knows that now the state displays your military affiliation on the front, on both the top right, with a gold star, and the bottom right, with your current status: mine reads VETERAN. I showed this ignoramus my license, pointing to both, while I asked if he saw the affiliation, he goes on to tell me, "Maam thats a license." with a condescending tone. REALLY, PANDA??? I wont return without speaking directly to the owner....

1) The attendadnt, do not give us a choice to get a better price when we order a boxes of food. The cashier tpld us would be better price order the same foof plus one side more for the same price and the end they forhot the sugedtion and we get the boxes of food. 2) Trashes were full... 3) I talk to get a container to take my food at home and they do not give me a plastic bag. I have to came back from my table to get one.

The only reason I come here is because its the only one in the area. The food can be way better I get grilled teriyaki its usually cold, dry and burnt and it’s not that good compared to the Duluth location. Staff is nice. I like Anna, Rey, and Rocio.

Food was typical general Asian food but staff members were impatient in an empty restaurant. There was more seasoning and vegetables than meat in the black pepper chicken. The chow mein had way too and orange chicken required much more sauce.

Really terrible service here. This place closes at 10pm nightly but begin closing at 9pm. They never have food available so theres always a 15 minute wait for food. Panda has solid fast food but the service here is killing their business.

I love Panda Express. I love how the food is already prepared, so it doesnt matter if there is a long line. The food is very delicious, so I recommend this restaurant for special occasions, or if you just want some fantastic food.

It was my first time trying out this restaurant. Ive heard bad rumors about it but, to my surprise... the ingredients were fresh & price was reasonable. Would come again for a reasonable rate & decent food.

Staff is very nice, but every time I go they are completely out of brown rice (FRUSTRATING) and the meat portions are VERY small. Also they seem to be understaffed because the line moves very slow.

For Chinese fast food they actually do a good job of creating dishes. They are reasonably fast. A meal will cost you probably $7.50 to $10. The parking is limited.

The worst Chicken Fried Rice I ever ate. I had coupons for it and I was still charged for it in my credit card statement. Staff was good though, except one guy!
