My fiance and I decided to eat Waffle House around 4:30 am after a long day of work. My first server treated us very well. He had excellent customer service and the food was exactly how I expected it to be. However, my first problem occurred with someone who wasnt even my server. She waited until I was alone at the table and bodly came over to me banged on the table I was at and proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs that I couldnt put my head down and rest and she scurried and hid herself in what I assume was an employee only space. Usually, I wouldnt post a review about terrible customer service however, seeing that I have been a server in both fine dining and casual family restaurants, it is beyond me why she believed it would be a good idea to approach a customer (who already paid for their meal) in the manner that she did. We considered getting a few items to go as well but after my experience with the female server who thought it was okay to do what she did, we decided to leave. I was honestly too upset to even get her name I just decided to leave and not come back. I assumed Waffle House was a diner type of restaraunt where you would only want the best customer service to ensure that first time customers continue coming back and maybe even become regulars so that you have a constant flow of money from those customers. However, judging by her actions and how she chose to represent herself and Waffle House, my fiance and i have decided to not eat at Waffle House anymore for that reason as well as another. Even after spending my hard earned money at your restaraunt, I deserve to be treated with respect and if my service and money isnt valued, i wont continue to spend money at that place. All in all, this review would not be here had she handled that entire situation differently with customer service in mind. Being rude, loud, and obnoxious was not the proper way to handle that situation and I am also disappointed in her manager for standing by and just watching it happen. If she did not want me laying my head down, all she had to do was quietly tap on the table to not disturb other guests and request in a regular speaking tone to not lay my head down. Additionally, while we were there, another guest had come up to that same server and explained that there was no soap or toilet tissue in the bathroom. During our entire time there, no one had bothered to change the soap and I noticed employees were walking in and out of the bathroom without washing their hands (or most likely just rinsing them with water) and going straight back to their work stations. As somone who has worked and continues to work in the customer service and food service industry, that is definitely something that shouldnt be happening at that Waffle House especially if that is the customer service that you give out in return in addition to unclean hands. To the young man who had served my fiance and I we thank you so much for your wonderful costomer service, hopefully your co workers can learn more from you in how to treat paying customers and not lose business.

Went there today earlier this morning around 9:45am ordered the Texas Patty melt (Angus). Told them no onions add bacon. When I arrived I checked my food as always, everything looked good. Well heres the shocker I get all the way home about to add the mayonnaise and I see a bunch of little chopped onions I mean alot. I called back to let them Know and they tell me to bring back half my order the manager says hell recook just the sandwich. Hmmm so I said well that leaves my other half to be cold and dried out. He told me thats all hes going to do for me. So you get my order wrong and I have to now suffer and eat a half cold meal that I paid for and (YOU)! Messed up on. Who knew I had to dissect my sandwich to find something wrong with it before taking it home. Rude and inconsiderate manager and staff! Please dont go there save your time and money. And to think I use to go there 3 to 4 times a week. NEVER AGAIN!!

Failed to comply. My dinner tonight was burnt (Hash brown) and my grilled onions and mushroom wasnt even on the t bone porkchop. The Porkchop wasnt even Porkchop, looks like steak to me. I didnt even get a salad and the ad says it comes with a salad. I didnt even finished my meal cus the guy ruined my hash brown and everybody else hash brown was perfect. WTF! Oh and they dont even use the A1 bottle sauce any more. Its a different brand. I paid 11.34 of a half ruined meal and I walked out without tipping them. Im not coming back here again. The people there are friendly and nice though. Thats all. No more. Its busy during the night.

I got the silverware. Not once was I asked for anything to drink or if i was ready to order. Place was not busy at all. What made me leave was after wating 5+ minutes two people walked in and had silverware and getting there order by the same person I thought would be serving me. Miss green hair needs to be retrained. Never going back to that place again. If she was half interested in serving me then she was seperating the forks maybe i would be a customer.

Absolutely not recommended I came to this Waffle House and all employees were out smoking marijuana and literally no one was inside as I waited for 10 minutes and was never served. I waited 10 more minutes after I told the employees who were smoking marijuana I wanted something to eat. Avoid this place at all cost.

Great food, great time with my wifey, and service wasnt an issues either. Both of us ordered the Texas cheesesteak melt without bacon and specially done hash browns. And it was all bomb! Thanks to the staff tonight. Living in California its rare to get the opportunity to eat here, and they didnt disappoint.

This play is absolutely horrible!!!! i found out when i got home that they added an extra 10.00$$ to my receipt to the tip line! i recommend you going elsewhere! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

While I generally like waffle houses food when traveling, at this one the cook burnt my eggs and burnt my bacon which got to the table 5 minutes after the rest of the food

I love waffle house but this location lacks a TON of flavor. Been here multiple times and its always the same. It is very clean though.
