This location was very slow in getting our order to us. A fast food place should not take 50 minutes to get food out to people. They were not very busy, so there really was no reason for the delay. They had run out of nachos and didnt notify us for 40 minutes, but then they finally came out and asked us if a bag of Doritos would be alright as a replacement. I dont see why it took 40 minutes for them to discover they didnt have nachos. And after all that, when they finally brought food out, the salsa they gave us with our meal was frozen. If they had taken it out of the freezer when we ordered, it wouldve been thawed by the time we got our food. The only positive things about our experience here was that they gave us two small bags of cinnamon twists while we waited for our food, and the food they finally got out to us was what we ordered (minus the nachos). I wouldnt recommend this location, but I gave it two stars because it couldve been worse.

I am really disappointed in this Taco Bell. Taco Bell is typically my favorite fast food restaurant, however this one is well below average in terms of cleanliness, timeliness, and friendliness of the staff. I once came here after around 8 or 9 at night and went through the drive thru, and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get my food. When my food did eventually come out, it was terrible. Everything was soggy and obviously had been thrown together in a hurry with no regard to how the food looked or even tasted. This was the final straw for me. I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell because of the multiple bad experiences I have had here and the lack of good ones

It seems like everytime I go here they mess my order up edit dropping down to one star Bad enough I punish myself by going to this place, but there latest screw up is over the top. Decided to order their new steakhouse burrito that comes with tortilla chips and a chili cheese sauce. To my surprise when we get home with her order its not the right stuff. Talk to an employee to only be told that they ran out of tortilla chips and the chili cheese dip and they automatically replace them with Doritos and nacho cheese. I could deal with substitutions but be upfront and tell the person about it instead of surprising them without any notification. Worst Taco Bell ever !

I tried to order in the drivethru, she told me to wait and made me wait while she flirted with a coworker, then told me to start my order over. When I got to the window she ignored me, finally giving me cold food. I asked her to repeat the order, I wanted STEAK and sausage, she charged me extra and then gave me BACON and sausage, which I asked her NOT to give me bacon. This taco bell does this EVERY time. They never open on time in the mornings and I even asked the manager once why and she told me, it just looks too dark outside. Horrible management, even worse employees. The food would be tolerable if they could get the order right for once.

This place is horrible I show up there at about 7 oclock a.m. because Im very hungry for breakfast on the way to work seems like a convenient location so I stop then I sat at the damn speaker for about 10 to 15 minutes with nobody talking I kept saying hello until she finally answered then she just sat there and waited for me to order didnt talk didnt say anything just said hello and then I finally order get to the window and she tells me that they only take cash so I had to leave without my food after waiting 15 to 20 minutes at her stupid window this is horrible customer service I will never go there again

Worse customer service ever . Everytime I go here I always think Im never going to come back but thinking they may have improved I go back and get the same long wait and inadequately prepared food . Stood at the window for 10 mins just to see 2 employees gossiping and watching the food preparer preparing food. It wouldve helped if they wouldve jumped in to get the food prepared quickly. May be the manager should stress on hustle and team work.

Worst taco bell by far. We always go to the one off of 85 because of this, but we decided to give it a shot again because the other location wasnt accepting credit cards... Nope, still horrible! They never put the right amount of cheese, or meat...any sides like sour cream, cheese sauce or guacamole are literally about a teaspoon, huge rip off...definitely dont go to this one if you can help it...

Poor quality, employees are careless, sloppily prepare food items, ingredients are not always fresh, THEY GET DRIVE-THRU ORDERS WRONG FAR MORE OFTEN THAN NOT...this location is an exercise in frustration. They will improve for a week or two every so often and then go downhill again. My observations are based on my experience with this location for over a decade now

Horrible service. Cold food, had to wait 22 minutes for frozen ice cold food. I inquired about my meal and they said they give priority to drive up first. I will never ever very eat this food again. I asked to speak to a manager when they threw the food at me and was denied a refund. I ended up eating my cold burrito and chipped a tooth because it was so cold.

Top 3 worst fast food experiences of my life. No sense of urgency in the 7 people working there. Waited 31 minutes for an order of three peoples food. Ordered at 6:20p. We should have taken it as a sign when the guy sitting by the drink machine lost his patience as we arrived. The manager was setting the pace, and clearly the problem.

This is the best taco bell that I have been to, and I have been to many. They have the best tasting food. Everything is fresh, and the chips are not stale, like they are at a lot of the locations. The customer service is also some of the best that I have gotten at a Taco Bell. I wont even go to any other Taco Bell now.

When going to a fast food restaurant, I expect FAST food. After waiting in the drive thru for 20min and then going inside and waiting for another 10min, I left without my order and very angry. When I looked around at the staff it was as though they hired only the slowest people they could find.

Been to this location twice, and waited in the drive through for around 15 minutes both times (it was dinnertime but they werent even too busy). Apparently they cook your food after you order it. Food was nice and hot, though, but thats the only redeeming quality.

Very slow service. I waited 15 minutes for my order. Others there were waiting for almost 30. At least the food tasted okay. I saw a few people going back to the counter because there was a problem with their food.
