ummmm where do I start? It was crowded when we walked in, another woman was waiting on a booth. Two became available at the same time, the lady in front of us went ahead and sat down even though they hadnt cleaned the table. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came by to clean the table so we could sit, so we just awkwardly stood by the door. The lady next to us got tired of waiting and fixed her own coffee, and complained to a worker that we were all being ignored. Eventually someone came and removed the old food and wiped down a table for us to sit. No one apologized but I let it go since it was a busy morning. Later the waitress spilled my drink because she slammed it on the table so hard, & didnt say anything about spilled coke all over the table nor did she even try to wipe it up. I ordered extra crispy hash browns that didnt come out crispy at all, so I asked for them to put back on the grill and the waitress said she "couldnt get them any crispier." When I stated that I had never had a problem ordering crispy hash browns before at that location and several other waffle houses she took the plate back to the cook. The cook MURDERED my hash browns, they were completely black and shriveled. I tipped a $1 and I feel that was even generous. The past few times I was there it was great but this last time was terrible. I dont like to pay money to be treated poorly.

We used to enjoy this place, however alot has changed. Avoid This Huddle House at All Costs. Their service is horrible and couldnt tell you about the food because we left, since the 3 employees on staff had more important personal things to attend to including overt contact with two of them out in the open. We asked for service twice and was told they would be with us shortly. After sitting for over 15 minutes, with no service, we got up and left. They were not busy at all at the time of this encounter. As we were at the door, the male cook made a extremely rude comment to my wife. We will never return to this establishment and will make certain others know of how they conduct business.

I wish it was no star this for God saking place was horrible and the distance me and my family had to drive just hurt more.. No hair net, no customer service, reaching over people food while they eating, no refills head to tell them to get a refill, uniforms dirty looking, didnt want to remove the dirty dishes until told too...this place just nightmare man they do not have to worry about me coming back ever....they might of messed it up for the rest but because of Macon doing they thang with that chili i might go to another one or just go back to that one in Macon

I am in here now...and i was here for at least 10 mins at the counter...no one even said hello...so i got up and went to the register where i was still ignored for a few min until i guess the fact that i was losing my calm was resonating in my expression. But when 2 white guys came in and had a seat...within 30 secs they were promptly greeted and even recieved silverware! I gave the lady a 3$ tip for my togo order...but it probably wouldve been more generous had i been treated a bit better. Ill never return.

The first time we came here the service and food was good. Today, service was pretty poor and the food had absolutely no flavor. The fries tasted as though there was no salt on them (even after we had put it on at the table), the toast seemed like ot had been sitting out for a few minutes, the burger tasted just like meat tossed on a bun. Overall not a good experience. Thankful the food was cheap so didnt spend too much money. Guess at this place "you get what you pay for".

Been here 3 times. The 1st was ok. The 2nd, waited 10 minutes by the door, waiting for someone to clear one of the many dirty/empty tables, and we left without having even been addressed by any of the staff who had looked right at us several times. 3rd time, we were the only people in the place and our orders got totally screwed up. We will never go back. My recommendation: drive another mile or 2 and hit the Waffle House on Jonesboro Rd instead!

Huddle House is so underrated. Its a mixture of Waffle House and IHOP all under one roof. The waffles are crisp, the bacon is crisp. But my favorite is the french toast! Oh, its so amazing. The scramble eggs with cheese are delicious and creamy. I personally love their Ask for Carole, shes great as well.

The first time I had huddle house it was ok. I ordered food today and it was absolutely horrible the grits had no flavor even when I added butter and cheese it was also watery. The hash browns had a funny taste to them and they were very hard so was the bacon. NEVER AGAIN. Waste of money.

The one waitress on duty was terrible at customer service. She ignored us, got every single order in our party of 5 absolutely wrong, seemed very disconnected and extremely unapologetic. The food was awful and it was the wort experience weve ever encountered and vowed never to return.

Deb was a great waitress. The only problem was when we walked in there were several open tables but not one of them was cleaned off. We stood there for a couple of minutes before someone cleaned one off for us. Other than that, great food!

This Generation Is terrible
Waitresses were rude, never saw my waitress smile once, She was super "bored" of my family. The food was burnt. Terrible. My father had to ask her at least five times for a refill on coffee. She ignored him each time.

Normally I would give them a 5 but the fried pickles and french fried. The coffee was great as usual and so were the fries but the pickles were not quite cooked enough. Server was polite and quick with the coffee.
