Its sad that going into this establishment that I have to hold my tongue from going off because something wrong is always bound to happen. Called in a to go order 45mins to an hour just so I didnt have to get there and "wait it out" but upon my arrival the waitress with the stank, yes stank attitude asked what number I called, it was the right number but no one put it in and made it seem like they could put in the order if I wanted them too....ahhhhhh you think?! I just left. Never worry about eating here. Piss poor service.

We come to this location all the time and this is the first we ever encountered service like this!! Lashonda was the worst ever tonight. She came to the table as if she just woke up. Wrote the order down TOTALLY wrong and said it was our fault SHE wrote it down wrong. When we asked for a manager she said there isnt one there tonight and why. Her attitude was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY. We left the food where she placed it and advised we will speak with her manager first thing tomorrow morning.

First off, I have loved waffle house since I was a kid. Growing up, Ive never said waffle house is bad, until I came here. The worst experience ive had. Burnt food, listening problems between waitress and customer, the cooks dont listen, watched 2 other orders from people I didnt know, oh and burnt food. The only thing worth a damn was the bacon. I will never come here again. If you go here good luck.

My experience was terrible. The staff had unplugged the phone so nobody could call in orders, the staff was texting while we were waiting for the staff. My waitress had no idea how to make an omelette, not to mention they put the wrong ingredients in my omelette. Also there was only one waiter that was cooking peoples food and also taking the food to the tables while the rest of the staff goofed off

The service was slow its bring your friends to work day you give me grits that look like it sesame seeds when I send it back you can hear the staff talking about what is she up early if Im paying for it I can be up at 8 that experience will not return to this location ever again from now on Ill continue going to South Atlanta Road where you have entertainment you have good hot food with taste in it

Food is quick and tastes great but they NEVER pickup the phone. You have to call at least 10 times throughout the duration of 15 min to get somebody to answer. At night they put the voice mail on the phone so it rings once and goes to the automated recording but when you arrive, the place is empty. Trying to order ahead of time is such a hassle due to this.

Ive been to many Waffle House locations in 10 States, by far the worst experience Ive ever had. There was a bad storm and we stopped to warm up and get some food; they wouldnt have that. They were actively going out of their way to ignore us eventually one yelled at us they wouldnt serve wetbacks! If your going to insult people use the right race. Im Asian

Two stars because the service is normally good. At least most of the people are nice. But the food is always sub par compared to other wahos. The other one past Walmart, next to quiktrip is much better! But I guess this location can get away with anything because theyre next to the 75.

Stopped by and got exceptional service by Cathy very nice lady, and seen Rapper T.I. While I was there! He comes in quite often and I hope to see him again go by and eat there if you live in the area, ask for Cathy She works the afternoon shift. so go have dinner tonight

very disappointed Waffle House is my favorite place to eat my mother asked for her eggs to be scrambled hard with cheese she had to send them back twice is it that hard to burn an egg??? and the waffles were not even as brown as we like. GET IT TOGETHER WAFFLE HOUSE.

The worst service I have ever had in my 24 years of life. Deborah our server was very rude and gave my friends and I the dirtiest silverware and coffee mugs. Quite dirty and very unsanitary feeling walking into that place. Smh at Waffle House. Never again!!!

The TO-GO service at this WH location is terrible! Theyre not even remotely busy, yet noone is answering the phone! Ive been calling for the last 10 min!!! This is 2nd time this has happened! Totally unacceptable! I shouldve called IHOP!

Charges an additional 10percent to your bill if you want plastics and your drink in a to go cup. Per whoever the manager is today. i eat here every saturday morning and this has never happened. Thanks anyway. Jokes on you Petty Manager.

Service was not good at all, store was filthy. Waitress was rude, had no personality. I wouldnt recommend going to this WH location. The only thing that I can say good about it was the coffee was good. Food was good also.
