The absolute worst staff ever. They are offended you even showed up to buy food. Im a local and have visited store on and off since high school during the early 1990s when it was a great place to eat cheap so I can speak to over 25 years of dealing with this store. Over the last decade, EXTREMELY long wait times, poor food quality, consistently telling customers "we are out of that", filthy resteraunt and bathrooms and, most of all . . . The WORST employees I have ever been served by. I have definitely been treated differently here as a Caucasian. Ive been ignored in line and actually had someone behind me served first. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra miles to the Johns Creek Taco Bell and you will be in another world with great, fast service and pretty decent food for Taco Bell. Its seriously one of the biggest night and day experiences youll have at a resteraunt. TACO BELL PLEASE REVOKE THIS FRANCHISE!!!!!!! Its impossible this place makes money.

Absolute garbage. The dude who helped me was trying to cover his temper or rudeness or whatever the f that was. Mr. Smart kid if you happen to read this, learn a couple of things 1 - Dont assume most immigrants you hear on the speaker dont eat meat. 2 - You work in a Taco Bell, I dont expect you to know how payments work. So stop acting smart about what will and wont work with your payment machine. Take what Im giving you try it, if it doesnt work then try and hide your overwhelming attitude. 3 - Go take some Customer Service classes, you desperately need them. This Taco Bell is old, and the one staff member I dealt with either gets heavily underpaid or thinks he owns the damn store. Even though Ive said enough about that nutjob, the rest of the staff I cannot comment on, as I havent gotten the pleasure to talk to them. Dont recommend the place nontheless.

Where to begin. The building is falling apart. Several times that Ive gone while its raining there are small trash cans collecting the water leaking from the ceiling. The thing that really drives it home for me though is that for some reason this location is more expensive than the others. That $5 box advertised on TV is $6 here. Burritos are $0.30 more. Im lucky to spend less than $8 on any combo. Tried asking a manager why they were so expensive and he put on an act like he didnt understand what I was asking. If theyre charging more, how can they not at least repair the building?

I can not believe this place is not more well known then it is. The volcano Tacos are excellent. you can get them hard or soft. personally i love the soft but if you like the hard ones you will enjoy those to. They have some of the lowest prices in the area and i am always greeted with a smile. The service is fast and they have an area called a drive-thru that lets you place your order outside the restaurant then you drive up to the side and pick it up. all i have to say is YUM

Two stars because the orders are never right. They also give you the wrong sauce when you ask for a certain one.. They cant seem to get anything right. Even had the chicken tacos and my chicken was still cold.. Guess they forgot to nuke it before they put it in my taco.. People just dont really care about maintaining a fast food place anymore.. Rip

This is the fifth time they mess up an order for my friend. We ordered some food and they messed up the order first time, it took a while to get everything sorted out, when we got home we were missing some stuff so we had to go back and get them to fix it again. It wasnt even a busy day, they have a horrible staff

Came through an hour and and a half before closing and was told they didnt have any beef or steak... so as a taco place what do i order?? You might as well say your out of taco shells. Every time i come to this one i have a bad experience the drive take FOREVER even when im the only person. Just dont go to here.

I love Taco Bell and never had a problem with this location until about two days ago. The cashier had an atitude the whole time because we arrived 15 minutes before closing, she then kept reminding us we had to eat fast, 5 minutes before closing she started kicking everyone out.

The store was nasty and the manager was horribly rude. Also I arrived at the store at 9:45 to hear from the manger that the dinning room was closed even though the signs posted were to close at 11:00. This costomer service needs a huge inprovement...

When we arrived at the drive-thru, only one car was in line. Still we waited quite awhile before even being greeted at the speaker. I ordered a personal pan meal and was told it would be 7 minutes...(Im writing this review at 15minutes and counting).

This place has been in decline over the past several years. The quality of the food is pretty bad. Service isnt much better. I dont think well ever return. In our last order, the tacos had perhaps one half ounce of meat in them.

Went to this location and told they were out of beef and steak how do you eat a taco without beef or anything on menu for that matter . Also the is a Kroger across the street , for goodness sake man improvise a little!!!!

The service here is so focused on the drive through 5 or 6 cars can go by before you get or order. But surprisingly the dining room service is not terrible. Breakfast here is really good.
