The manager I dealt with was a complete jerk and did a very poor job of managing his staff. The place was not packed and they couldnt get the food out in a timely manner NOR prepare a good waffle!!! At Waffle House?! I had to return my waffle 3 times because it was torn, had holes and was burnt. I finally said I dont even want one anymore because I already finished my meal. The manager walked off when I was explaining my issue and gave no solution. He returned two minutes later and said he took my meal off the bill. He was very rude and I wasnt the only person who had an issue with their meal. This manager was cooking all the food and waffles and trying to manage the restaurant. Poor job and I hope that he learns something from that experience. Still ended up paying over $30 for $2 service. Left very displeased.

Our waitress was an older white lady, she was not very nice nor courteous. When we told her the cups were dirty and showed it to her she took them but no response or apology. Food taste ok but when I look behind counter it was dirty...I will no return to eat.

Taylor was very pleasant and took great care of me. Shes a credit to her trainer and person who hired her. Atmosphere is very nice and I couldnt be more satisfied. Those other negative reviews are probably from people not happy with their life. Pray for them.

Super friendly and courteous staff. We walked in and were greeted by everyone and it felt good. It was late so it wasnt too busy and our food was out pretty quick.

Good food. Lost my credit card there once and a worker ran up a tab at this Waffle House for $800 dollars. I have never been back since.
