Customers phoning in order for pick up beware! Open and inspect every single order before paying or leaving the store , I ordered chicken n biscuits 2 large coffees and chicken crepes . My son picked up food , when he arrived without the coffees , and what appeared to be 3 overcooked popcorn sized chicken with the biscuits I contacted the store immediately to let them know the had forgotten to send the coffee , and my complaint about the chicken. I was transfered THREE times, finally the manager Jennifer picks up and her response to my complaint over the chicken pieces , was " Oh yes weve been having some problems with some chicken pieces" REALLY JENNIFER? so if youre aware , why would you send out food that way? Jennifers resolution was to have my son drive back up there to pick up the coffees and some more chicken ( yeah I feel real confident now about your chicken), I explained that would not work and requested she credit my credit card for the missing coffees, she said shed gladly do that all I had to do was bring the receipt back to the store! REALLY Jennifer? Think much? Jennifer, if I told you sending my son back for food Ive already paid for and did not get would not work .. why would you think coming in to have you void the transaction work? Smh.. So I had to question if she was in fact the manager , sadly for the owner of this establishment she is! All I wanted was the 2 coffees credited since they had not sent in my order , Jennifer could not or would not. So, I called my credit card company and disputed service paid for not received. Good looking out for the owner of the establishment Jennifer. One star given only because at the very least they sent a BAG full of cream! Ugh! So frustrating.

After a long trip from Florida, my family and I visit this Ihop. While eating, my daughter observed pieces of hair, cooked in her entree, After reporting to Jennifer, *(management ) and Tom, the owner. The entree was taken off the bill, but upon receiving a call back, as a business owmer, instead of sympathizing and being apologetic, he actual stated that ,"the manager and the waiter stated that our plates were empty. In which was far from the truth, and to say " Hair in someones food isnt a big issue! !!!.Is totally unacceptable and absurd. Maybe if more people would take out time to complain, or complete the survey, we can get the attention of Health Inspector, or even Camel Cafarro on the job, and ask her,if hair in your food is a big deal. Instead of being apologetic like Steve Ellis (founder ) of Chipotle. As a consumer, I wont patronize your business. In closing, read the reviews, apparently, the hair in the food is an issues and others have complained food was

Waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged that we needed to be seated, and that was only after my husband gave the "angry black man" look. Our table was dirty, although it had been vacant the whole time we were waiting. We waited 5 minutes before our waiter came to our table and another 10 minutes before he came back with our drinks. While our order was on the counter getting cold, our waiter was two booths behind us playing on his phone. In fact, he ignored is so much that another employee brought us our order. What makes this all the more frustrating is the fact that the restaurant was as far from busy as any other restaurant normally would be on a Saturday night. This IHOP will never have to worry about me being a customer. Heres the kicker: after such lousy service, the manager had the nerve to say, "Come back and see us."

I come to the Pleasant Hill location because theres normally no wait to be seated. well today I had a regular sit across from me. He was a loud talker and then he decided to watch a show on his tablet LOUD! REALLY! I dont want to hear whats going on at your table on your tablet your phone your music your childs video game or a crying baby. I get it a child might cry but at what point do you think it may be bothering other customers. just give a little consideration to other customers we want to enjoy themselves too! & staff should say something!

Slow night. Ordered 2 meals and we received meals on warm plates but the food was cool to the touch. Talked to manager, Terry, who had them to remake the food. We received hot food this time. However, grilled onions were missing from my hash browns yet I was charged for them... Weve been here before and each time, we think that itll be better. Not to be fooled again. THIS location will never see another dime of our money.

So I come in with my friend and we are waiting to get seated when a black family comes on after us. Well the waitress "baili" sees us come in first, she decides to seat her people first then us. When we finally get seated, there were many other open tables here. We are from South America but I guess they have black privilege here in ihop. We will not be coming back here anymore. I rather go to Waffle House.

My family and I visit here every Sunday. Although its probably the busiest day of the week, our experience is always really worth it. We go there and only ask for Ben not that the other servers are bad, He is just COMPLETELY AMAZING!!! Our food always comes out hot, timing is perfect and his all around service never fails us! Thank you Ben!! Ask for him when you go there! You wont be disappointed!

This gets 5-stars when compared to other IHOPs, Dennys, and breakfast chains. The staff is friendly and seem genuinely glad to see their guests. The service is good but be patient on busy Saturday mornings. The food arrives still hot and according to the order and the wait staff are good at being attentive to your needs like refills. This is a go to breakfast spot to meet friends and family.

the food is very good but the service is horrible I went to dinner yesterday but i was like 3inutos at the door waiting for someone to give me a table after already being seated wait about 10 minutes for someone to care for me and nobody did nothing there was several people but just they watched us. the waitress is more attentive to another table. and they never paid attention

Great experience at this IHOP location. Our wait time to be seated was very short and once seated and ordered, our food was brought to us in great timing. The lady at the front check in area was very polite and her service was exceptional and our waitress was also exceptional. Awesome service. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I have never came in hungry and when I tasted the food it was as if they had wiped the hash browns with a wet dirty rag . At first I thought you know its me its all in my head the first in my mouth unbearable so bad I threw up instantaneously. NEVER again. Staff was very understanding i was just so embarrassed of the whole situation.
