Waffle Houses are not typically known for their outstanding service, but I imagine Hell being very similar experience to eating at this one. Our server started off by plopping down a coffee cup full of hot water with all of our silverware inside. Then proceeded to not understand anything we ordered. He was just absolutely confused and we had to repeat our orders multiple times until he got it. Missing items we had to ask for repeatedly: Cream, decaf coffee, biscuit missing from meal, and the replacement waffle for the burnt, dry excuse for a waffle that was first delivered. The replacement waffle that was eventually brought was a pecan waffle that belonged to the table behind us. Their orders were completely messed up as well, to which the cook replied: "Whatever, Ill just make another one". Decided to leave a tip anyway, because I also work in the service industry, until we went to go pay. He didnt know how to split the bill, and told us that one person had to pay the tax for all the meals. Then charged my friend the wrong meal and instead of refunding it, (what any person with sense would do), he just said that one of us had to pay for her meal. Then I decided that I wasnt leaving a tip. So when he watched me filling out my receipt and not leave a tip, he asked me if I was "having a bad day". No, Cedrick, I was not having a bad day, just bad service.

When the waitress introduced herself with "Im new" I knew this was going to be a disaster. Although I must admit, she was very nice. It was apparent that my waffle sat on the counter for a while before they brought it to me because #1 I had to ask for it and #2 it was luke warm. Also, they brought my food, and I was finished with it before they brought my waffle. I HATE THAT! Anyway... They brought my chicken melt to me with bacon. I specifically told my waitress I dont do pork. They brought my food first, and about 8 to be 10 min later brought my friends food, so I had to watch her eat, not to mention, had my hashbrowns on her plate, which were ordered covered (with cheese) and barely had a tip of my hash browns covered. I had them to take the cheese off the tab. Midway through the meal they changed waitresses and I could tell the new waitress wasnt to pleased about it because every time we asked her for something she rolled her eyes. Usually the waitress will check on you to see if we need coffee refills, but I had to flag her down. Then our original waitress came back (same friendly smile though). We left, full but unsatisfied.

Worst service ever. Waited 10 minutes to place order. Half the food comes then another 10 minutes to wait for mine. Alliyah dropped my toast on the floor and didnt bother to replace it. My sunny side up eggs were cooked all the way through. Asked for a replacement never came. Never saw my coffee so I went to my car to get the one I had there. I took my plate to the counter and complained and then the waitress alliyah wants to cues at me and the cook wants to fight me. Said he is a grown ass man. I told them Im not paying for the food since it wasnt right but the cook keeps on wanting to fight. They claim they were recooking my food but the only thing on the grill were hash browns. Stay far away from this place.

Worst place ever this location needs to be shut down it deserves no stars...went in to get two all star meals they couldnt get my order right told me I only paid for one meal then it was customers fighting outside the restaurant only to bring the arguing inside was very loud and obnoxious the cook was about to leave the grill to go entertain the fight they didnt have to go bags I felt very unsafe to the point where I had to carry my firearm in hand while leaving....then in the process of them preparing my food they had to kill a big ass cockroach and didnt want to give me my refund....Im calling corporate on Monday morning something needs to be done

For the love of God and all things holy, do NOT go to this waffle house! Burnt my waffle, asked for a replacement....waited.....and waited (it was not slammed it, literally 4 other people). Then when I got the replacement waffle 20 minutes later it was wrong. It took 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee. A horrible server named Cedrick and the chef brought out wrong orders for everyone. Also had issues with spilting the check, the manager saw the problems and she literally walked away to go smoke outside.

I come in around 7. They were sitting down quiet and the cook went to sit down- there was no greeting. I was tired from work all I wanted was a cup of coffee and some eggs. The cook did no want to get up and one of the waitresses had to tell him to get up. I told them I could go somewhere else, its not a problem. Do they want to work or not?? After that they finally conjured up whatever- I do not know I was just hungry...The coffee they give me 3 cups on the ready I guess as a Sorry?

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I walk in theres one person eating and another cashing out. The waitress bring a me the menu. Then 10min later from register yells out are u ready to order. I say yes I been ready she says go ahead Yell or order. Im like wait maybe I misunderstood did u just say Yell out my order she says yes maam. Really SMH WTH kind of service is this walked out piss. Mind you theres other staff that couldve took my order. #PoorService

I tried to call in a togo order they put me on hold I was on hold dor 10 min listening to them play in the background finally i got up still on hold and drove to tje store went in they had no customers they were on they phone sitting in booths the cook was sitting in a booth and I told the girl y am I still on hold and she couldnt say anything I walked out and went to another location I will never go back here again!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service our server looked at us like we were infected zombies or something very impatient and impersonal. Save your money at this location go to another one or go to IHOP. Waffle house should actually hire people that at least like their job. Its a shame we have to go to waffle house in the "white neighborhoods" to get good service. #BlackWaffleHousesMatter

Trying to get them to pick up the phone is like pulling teeth. Ive literally pulled into the parking lot which is empty by the way...call..and watch them look at the phone and keep it pushing. This morning Ive Been trying to place a over the phone to go order for 45 mins. Then the have the nerve to add on a to go gratuity with the poor attitudes. They need to do better.

I sat in this place for 15 minutes with maybe five other people there as the young lady wandered around.. second guessing her life never said a word too me. This maybe the next closure for Waffle house in the Mid-South...Thanks but no thanks..I will cook it myself! Do Not Stop Here..It is sad that I have to give a star to rate you all.
