This is a horrible Chik-Fil-A. Not only is their menu very limited, i.e., they did not have salads, milkshakes, kids meals, etc., but the quality of the food was poor. I ordered two meals with fruit cups on the side instead of waffle fries, as well as two lemonades. The fruit cups were not as advertised in the photo of the fruit cup. It consisted of 95 percent sour apple slices. I love Chik-Fil-A and have eaten at many of their restaurants. The fruit cup was always an equal mixture of several fruits. The lemonades had a funky aftertaste, and we wound up throwing them out. This Chik-Fil-A was a major disappointment. There are many other restaurants in the Philadelphia Airport. My recommendation is to visit one of the other restaurants and STAY AWAY FROM THE CHIK-FIL-A!

Reporting on my second visit, experience is consistent. As others have said limited menu. Service is very poor / typical of McDonalds, etc.- very uncharacteristic of every other chikfila Ive been to. Food is dry and less flavorful. It is strange; it is as if the airport decided to buy a chikfila and manage it like every other airport eatery. I would put less stars but I dont blame chikfila for this. I think it is a management problem.

Stopped in for breakfast before my flight. Service was quick and the folks behind the counter were helpful and friendly. This is in an larger food court at the airport so there was plenty of seating. Given the early morning time, there were not a lot of people so it was easy to find a seat and the area was clean. I could see that later in the day this could be a very busy place.

If you get the right book, you are in good shape. I hate pickles and asked for no pickles. Since I bought the food between connections I had to run to my plane. Imagine the disappointment when i am in the plane to eat and I bite into a pickly chicken sandwich. Will have to wait for my next trip to the USA.

Rarely does Chick Fil-A disappoint. We arrived at 8pm looking for a kight snack prior to boarding. The line was short and service was fast and accurate. They could have given us some more napkins, but thats a minor peeve. The counter appeared clean and our fries and chicken nuggets were nice and hot.

Watching employees not wear gloves while fixing somones sandwich while also eating themselves. Customer service rude. Seeing employees tear off a part of a get and eat it while placing the rest in a customers bag. Will not go back to this location and it should be shut down.

Pains me to leave a bad review for a CFA but this one doesnt deserve to call itself one. Service is lacking (which makes it like every other fast food place). Food is like it is at CFA express locations. Quick, but not very good. Also a very limited menu. Still, it is edible.

The restaurant is in at the connector of concourse B & C. Food is the same great Chick-fil-A quality - which is great. Wait staff, not so much. The surly is a rarity for Chick-fil-A. Maybe working in an airport impacts the attitude of the help, hard to say. EJ

The frying oil used at this location was noticeably lower quality than other Chick-fil-a, and even other fast food, Ive been to. You can tell when eating the fries because they taste more salty and metally. I ordered at 6:45 am.

Just ordered a granola parfait and the strawberries in the parfait has mold on it . Very disappointed you guys need to check those refrigerators and make sure these parfaits are fresh before yall give it to a guest

I love chick fil a, but this is the Worst chick fil a in the country. I was served a knockoff generic chicken sandwhich with poor customer service.
