I have been here twice before. The first time, I ordered a burger with only lettce and mayo. However, I got the burger with everything on it when I explicitly told them not to do that. Then, today, I ordered the same thing and ended up with a FISH sandwich. The lady at the window was not friendly. No "hi how are you" or "have a nice day". It was just "[insert WRONG total]", I corrected her with what I was told at the order kiosk, and she proceeded to blame one of the other employees. I paid, she handed me my card back without a word and without a receipt. No parting words or anything. Also, the fries (both times) were old and nasty. I will never go here again.

The staff could not answer simple questions and struggled with a simple order. Does a Coke with light ice sound anything like Cherry Coke packed full of ice? Communication is obviously not part of the skill set at this place. When did slang and mumbling replace English as the standard in America? Food was over greasy and fries over cooked or possibly re-heated. Id like to suggest that the owner uses a can of gas, a match, and start over. Looking for help that has, at the very least, graduated kindergarten would greatly improve the communication issue.

The food here has been good and the service pretty quick every time Ive been. My issues with this location are mainly staff and maintenance related. The employees arent the friendliest and if I get shouted at through the already too loud speaker again, Im bringing a megaphone with me and ordering with that. They have been out of Cherry Coke the past 3 times Ive been there. Finally, the drive thru lane itself is built to curb your wheels unless you make the turn perfectly. If youre off even a little bit youll scrape up your wheels.

EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE RECIEVED INCORRRCT ORDERS MOST OF THE TIME. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ATTITUDES AND ACT LIKE THEU DONT WANT TO BE THERE, I ALSO ORDERED TWO MEDIUM FRIES AND THEY GAVE ME TWO SMALLS. THE BURGERS ARE MADE SLOPPYAND THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PUT THE BACON ON MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY ALSO CUT THE LIGHTS OFF ON THE SIGN AND THE MENUS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE OPEN AT NIGHT. IM SO FED UP WITH THIS LOCATION, IT NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT OR IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PERIOD!! WORST CHECKERS EVER!!

HORRIBLE!! KAYLA had the worse attitude. After getting my food and it being wrong I told her it wasnt right and ask to have it done correctly and I was allergic to mustard she then snatches my food throws it in the trash. I then ask for my money back while every employee in the building is looking at me as if I am in the wrong. I really HATED my experience never again will I even have a thought of stopping here!!!!

Think customers dont notice old fries being thrown back into the fryer. Wrong. I can defintely tell they were old and tossed back into the oil. Pure utter laziness. Also, cant do simple math for handing back change. Tried shorting us on cash and gave us cold burgers. This place has complete idiots running it. Dont go there.

The drive thru employees have the worst attitudes. My order came back wrong, the burgers were soggy, a drink was missing and when I asked for my drink the window clerk started an argument. All of this for a botched order and a 2 dollar drink??? Not worth the trouble. This location should be shut down. Too ghetto!

I ordered the XL order of fries. I was given this huge container that was nowhere nearly filled with fries. The cost is almost $5 with tax and the person cops an attitude at my request to please fill up my container!! Then my chili dogs were lukewarm at best. I will not revisit this location if I can help it!!!

Manager and staff was rude. I was literally told from the manager "I do not have time to make you fresh food." Staff said" whats your problem? Your running up our time clock." I had to get my money back. I hope corporate really takes this feedback serious because they are paying people to not do there job.

The worst ever fries were not done customer service at its worse. The guy acted like it was a joke and offered a melted shake that was sitting on the counter who knows how long. Dont even deserve 1 star. Since when did customer service become a laughing Factor for a paying customer.

Horrible service. The food shrunk. I got a champ with cheese and it looked like a cheeseburger from McD but cost $4. The intercom sucked and you cant hear anything. When i asked the person who was getting my order to repeat, she ignored me. Worst checkers ever

Ive been here about three times and every time the staff is extremely unfriendly and got my order wrong twice. This last time the lady at the window closes the window without responding as I tried to say "thanks, have a nice day". I will not be back.

Theyre especially unresponsive in the drive through. Slow in service and not polite as you expect restaurants to be. Management needs to do better and employees need to act like they want to be there. I only come for the fries.

Service is always slow. If u walk up you better knock or they will ignore u. Today I ordered and paid for 2 burgers and 2 chicken boxes get home 1 chicken box. I manage a business and I would be our of a job with this service.

Had to have my burger remade three times and they still did not get it right. What is so hard about cheese, bacon, ketchup, mustard, pickle. The last burger came out with onion and pickle only.

Our family went by this location. The ice cream machine was terrible. They handed us half melted ice cream and the chocolate ran out before we could get our order. Had to get refund.
