I was anticipating this location opening for some time now. Im acquainted with the Alpharetta location and LOVED it. So I was excited to see one being built in my neck of the woods! When I was over at Willys the week of Thanksgiving, I asked someone coming out of BurgerFi when they were going to open and was told Dec 5th. I took my fam there that weekend but they werent open :( Im not sure when they did open but it was at least a solid month after Dec 5th. Once I noticed they were open, I was doing a cleanse! So waited out completion of that. Anyway, finally made my way there and was extremely disappointed in the food. Well, the burgers werent good as I remember them to be in Alpharetta. The best thing about the meal was the fries. They got one of the burgers wrong, as far as toppings/condiments. Not a huge deal, I just went up and asked for what was missing. The burgers were meh. Fountain drinks are expensive! (They do have the Coke machine with the plethora of flavors/varieties - which I love to see those these days!) So are the burgers (expensive!), which I knew from visiting the Alpharetta location a few times. So for 4 burgers, a large fry, 3 fountain drinks, and a bottled water, it was over $55.00. Now, had the flavor of the burger been deliciously amazing, I would have been okay with that price but to spend that much and be disappointed is unsatisfactory. I doubt well be back anytime soon (if at all). Such a shame because I was really, REALLY looking forward to having one so close! On the other hand, it may be a good thing: as maybe my waistline will stay in check without an extra fav restaurant being added to my list. For this to be a new place, everything... EVERYTHING should be superb! On a completely positive note, customer service was on point. Everyone I encountered was friendly.

I visited Burgerfi on Duluth HWY in Lawrenceville GA for the first time today and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I ordered food and paid a lot of MONEY!!! and this rude racist petty manager made me dig in my purse to prove I ordered a darn drink with my food? I even answered to my name when called and gave him the darn food buzzer!!!If you want to spend a lot of money for food and have to dig in your darn purse for a receipt ( which they should know what the heck I ordered anyway!!) go here so you can be made to feel like crap and a $2.67 Root Beer Thief......then I get my food and the bun was ice cold boy was I unhappy. I had to get out of there quick why did I stop here ?good God Im so tired of you racist nuts.......Show my receipt huuum? Get a lot of Soda Thieves at you place huuum? need a security guard for soda theft? Snaggle tooths and Diabetics doing you in? and you got about 5 visitors in this big empty room ? (wonder why is that?) and I have to dig to prove I have paid for a freaking hot bottle of root beer.......and it was hot! not even cold!!! boy was I.....aaah! just put the confederate flag outside the business already!!! so we can go else where!

Ive been waiting for months for them to open and IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT! I am not a huge beef eater so I was unsure how Id like it. I chose the conflicted burger. It was both a beef patty and a veggie patty. THE veggie burger is TO DIE FOR! It is so moist, and flavorful. My boyfriend and I shared a regular size fry and you can totally tell the difference in them. The frys are cooked in peanut oil and are awesome. I cannot wait to come back and try them all! Customer service is great, and it is a beautiful environment.

Went around 9 pm to give the custard a try not that there are multiple custard locations popping up throughout the county. With only 1 person ahead of me it took over 20 minutes to make two SMALL custards with NO mix ins. Having been to both Culvers and Freddys in the past Burger Fi doesnt even make real custard. Its clearly regular soft serve ice cream they mix with half and half. Didnt try their burgers on this trip but I more then likely never will since I know there are better options available.

This place has the best onion rings Ive ever had. They are HUGE, crispy & there is an onion in every bite. The burger with runny eggs is awesome. The though of that used to disgust me but my boyfriend had me try it and I was so wrong. It was one of the best burgers I ever tasted. The only negative is the cost. We paid $29 for 2 burgers, a basket with french fries & onion rings and one drink. Way too expensive for a corner spot. I would expect these prices at Ted Montanas not here.

I wish I could give this place zero starts. I will not be eating here due to your poor customer service. My food was severed with out a plater while their "American" customer where all sever on their own plater. Food was sever cold, and my fries that were payed was severed by the time I was done with my food other food. Ill rather eat at burger 21 or there place that are more welcoming, then this place.

Burger fly I wanted to cheeseburgers and it was not cooked there was blood in the middle of them when I told the manager she apologized and told me to come in when I came in the owner is a Hindu old lady she drew me out of the restaurant saying youre lying theres nothing I can do for you get out of my restaurant I seen a lot on the floor behind the kitchen please do not eat here

After waiting for 45 minutes they offer us free custard...we said after the meal ...after 55 minutes we got our money back and a free meal....but when we where ready for the custard the manager said we have to pay for...which we did .....I had better burgers and the fries no comments....probably never will go back ..mmmm not a good time.

Best fast casual burger around. Puts all the "numbered" burgers to shame. I recommend the CEO, amazing. I was helped by a very knowledgeable BOH employee who helped me pick my burger. She wore glasses and had blonde hair I hope her manager knows who she was and grants her the praise she rightfully deserves. Great place, great people.

I ate there for the first time today and boy was I impressed! I got the breakfast burger and that was heaven in between two buns. I find it quite strange that they dont have combo options, but who am I to complain? The food was great and the customer service was great. I will come back here again sometime! <3

Slightly overpriced for the quality of the food, notably overpriced for the quality of the service. If youre looking for a solid burger of equal quality, lower price, and added amenities and youre not concerned about being seen in a more down to earth environment, go right down the street to Five Guys.
