Let me start by saying the score was low but dont stop here please read on.... First the trash can outside had trash AROUND it let me repeat AROUND it not IN it! The staff didnt feel the need to pick it up. As I walked in the floor had a layer of dirt on it with various size footprints that had left their mark perhaps an hour or day ago. I walked into the bathroom which was so FILTHY I will spare the details. The sink looked like it only saw water & soap when a customer dared to wash their hands in it. Needless to say I just couldnt eat here it didnt matter anyway the staff was too busy laughing it up in the back. My husband and I went to Chick-fil-A...The managers at Burger King need to learn from this corporation. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I didnt taste the food.

This place would have 0 stars if possible. Absolutely disgusting inside and out. Employees are rude and all look like they are strung out on drugs. These people need to get out of business. The food is always disgusting and cold or burnt. I dont understand how a place could be this gross. I ate inside today and one of the employees was running her hands through her greasy hair over and over while on break. She was also yelling to the people in the kitchen and running around the lobby like a crack head. Disgusting and horrible service. If I had the patience to wait another 30 minutes I would have asked for a refund.

Very dirty, run down and the bathrooms were the nastiest bathrooms I have ever stepped foot in! There wasnt even a baby changing station in the mens room and the one I had to use in the womens was gross. BUT the staff on the other hand were very nice. They accidentally undercooked my daughters chicken in her salad, and noticed before I did. They apologized to her, as well as, my husband and I, and righted the wrong quickly. They also gave my daughter a free pie slice for the inconvenience and gave my other daughter one just to be nice.

Food was cold. I took 1 bite of my whopper and it was disgusting! The fries tasted like they were sitting in oil and were old. I cant I cant imagine why, I got there at 11am. My son ate half his burger before I took it from him. It was also cold. The crew in the back was loud and was talking nonsense as I walked back in for my refund. Locust grove BK is dirty and disgusting it wasnt my first time going but itll be my last. I rather spend the money on chic-Fila or zaxbys.

This is the worst burger king i have ever been too. I am a cook for waffle house. Been there for a very long time. The first thing you need to do Is put a better manger in here. The one they got lets his employees play around to much. There was alot of people in the back and all the food came out wrong. They need to fire everybody but the casher. She was the only one doing her job. This almost killed me from ever eatting with this company anymore.

They need to shut this place down. We have been here 15 minutes and nobody was here when we got here nobody is here now. My husband has been standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on our order. The manager asks him what he is waiting on. He said our food. Then she ask what is our order number. Again nobody else is in the place. Omg. Then she tells us they have no onion rings what me and my husband both ordered.

There was 8 to 9 employees and the only one who could get it right was the one who took the order the manager put on a good show to make employees stop playing and get the 7 orders together which everyone was made wrong they need to start over with a new manager and staff and only keep gabby the front cashier here the only one that had real customer service I will never come here again ..........

Went to the drive-thru...SO SLOW. When I was finally at the window, the emplyees inside were joking around, laughing, cutting up. The manager was pretending to spray people with a bottle...absolutely ridiculous. If your drive-thru is full of people, DO SOMETHING TO HELP, dont eff around where the people who have been waiting 15 mins for cold french fries can see you. I will never go back here.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. This facility should lose their franchise. Took 25 minutes to get our order with only one person in front of us. Most unfriendly employees I have ever seen. Management only came out to lock the doors. Words cannot describe our terrible expeeience.

Terrible. Ive been about 3 times and its always a 30 minutes wait for either drive thru or inside. I dont know why considering there is hardly anyone in the lobby and 3 cars in the drive thru. Either they need to hire a whole new staff or just shut this location down.

Probably the rudest people Ive ever dealt with. Not only did I wait 30 mins for my food, but I asked for my food and one of the workers said to someone "give her the food, I dont even wanna talk to her." One of the worse places ever. Dont recommend.

This was the worst experience 20 minutes to get food and was cold, if I was waiting that long should of been hot. Service was horrible and management did not seem to know what they were doing. Will be a long time before I go back if I ever go back.

Once again just an embarrassment. Not sure why I waste my time here. I dont eat fast food often but when we crave Burger King its worth it to drive 15 mikes out of the way to avoid this one. Horrible service. SLOW! Cold food. Terrible.

Its ok. The food is good and usually served hot when I get it. Fast food restaurants just arent customer service based anymore. Occasionally I run into a server who smiles or is pleasant. But I do love the breakfast menu.

Service is good, and the food is pretty good, but they rarely have onion ring sauce (if thats your thing). They are a little slower than other BKs Ive been to as well.

The wait is unheard of. The staff have no since of urgency. They have a remix coca cola machine thats missing 50% of the flavors. Im glad Im just passing by.
