Initially when I first tried this spot out I was impressed by the food quality and taste. The fact that it took me an hour to get my two dozen wings and side of fries for my family I was willing to over look. Now a month later as my go to spot go to Thursday night dinner spot I have now come to the realization that this place is not worth it. I called tonight to place an order in which they recommend that you do. Once I eventually got through the line 10 minutes later after being placed on hold before the young lady says hi, hello, thank you for calling, she says theres a 40 minute wait do you still want to place your order. I replied "its 815 p.m. and there is still a 40 minute wait, that defeats the whole purpose of ordering dinner from you guys know thank you. There are better options with similar quality in the area. Dont waste your time.

Long wait but I call ahead to order now. Philly steaks used to be awesome there just like my hometown of Philly. It almost reminded me of Jims steaks. But nethertheless since i been here in Atl their quality of service and meat has taking down turn. The steaks got smaller and the prices went up. The great customer service is now just a gimme your money and go type of situation. Tonight will probably be my last night visiting the place for a while if not for good. Sorry, you guys started out awesome then like other establishments started raising prices and dropping quality. I used to LOVE these steaks from here but now that love is gone....

They have the best philly cheese steaks i have ever had. There isnt much to say: The location isnt great and the inside is just the bare bones of what is necessary to run a restaurant, but the cheese steaks make up for it soo much. My only complaint is the price of the pepperonis. They charge you almost two dollars and you get about 3 or 4 of them that are cut up into little pieces. Thats highway robbery; you could get a whole pack of pepperonis at the store for that price. Everything else is reasonably priced and the service is great. I would recommend this place to any philly cheese steak fanatic.

My first visit on a quest to find a great cheesesteak. Ordered cheese and mushroom steak on hoagie with extra cheese, extra mushrooms plus sweet peppers after reading a good review here by another foodie. Takes a little while for perfection but once ready, I took sandwich outside to eat on their picnic table. FANTASTIC CHEESESTEAK. It was a lot better than Woodys, which I also enjoy, but this one had quite a bit more flavor. Lettuce, tomato, pickles and vinegerett added full body freshness. I fell in love with Weeyums cheesesteak and will be returning. Even cancelled remainder of my quest.

Wanted to give 5 stars but the girl at register was not speaking loudly and clearly. Asked her what comes on steak hoage 3times because I couldnt understand her, then she seem to catch attitude with me. So because of her poor customer service skills my hoage had pickles and lettuce on it after I said I didnt want it. But the sub was very good despite having to pick off lettuce. Being from upstate NY its hard finding good subs here in GA. I was shocked at how good it was. Will be going back, but next time I will speak to someone else when I order.

Use to think this place was great. Ate here several times a week for the great tasting food but one day I forgot my wallet after calling in an order so I had to go home to get it. This is not their fault but I live pretty far away and didnt want to buy a cold cheese steak but they refused to remake the sandwich after I drove back to get my wallet. You guys are willing to lose my consistent business over one sandwich, which you had to throw away anyways. I know you have children running the store but please teach them customer service.

Most delicious Philly style cheese steak sandwiches. Bread and meat comes out moist without being too soggy. Ive had other cheese steak that ended up making my mouth do dry. They make it flavorful and not salty. Institution has been around for as long as I can remember. The place to go in Atlanta for this type of sandwich. We always get the mushroom cheese steak with everything add green peppers. Once a month visit is a must for us. Surprisingly heats up really well the next day too. So we always end up ordering extra.

It takes these guys "25 to 30 minutes" to (under)cook 12 wings and fries or a Philly cheesesteak. How? It might have been understandable if the wings/fries were OUTSTANDING but...they were regular wings and fries and my fries, after MORE THAN 30 minutes, were undercooked. Could have gone to American Deli for that. Weeyums should be glad theyre in an area where there arent many options for cheesesteaks/wings or they probably would have been out of business a long time ago. Wont ever be back here.

I like going here to eat especially when I was a teenager however ten years later the food is ok now sometimes my stuff tastes really good other times it is just sloppy and sad :(. I will never order the fish here first time and last time for that Nor my favorite tuna hoagie from them because it was soggy by the time i got it. Normally it is JUST right. So i may not be back to visit until another year or two passes. But still good if i get a craving for something of my past

When I am wanting a Philly, this is one of my go to spots...Hubby always has their wings. I think the value of the food is pretty decent also because they give a good amount and it is rather good. The staff is usually pretty friendly too. FYI...Expect a wait if you walk in especially weekends and a long timeframe even if you call in, especially on the weekends, they have LOTS of business which is good in a way....Who wants to eat where no one wants to eat?

Good food, long wait. There are 2 signs asking for patience while they cook your food to order, so theyre obviously aware of the perception. I ordered and asked how long to expect, and the cashier said 15 minutes - not great, but acceptable. There were 2 people waiting when I came in. It took exactly 30 minutes to cook my sandwich. Its odd that places in food courts can do it in five minutes, but this place cant. Call ahead if you want to go here

Having had my fair share of real steaks (Jims on South Street, baby!), just like the other location, this place is the real deal. Yes, you will wait, especially during lunch. Nothing unheard of tho if you go to the real steak shops in Philadelphia so this wasnt anything new to me and well worth the wait. And yeah, the no/underpowered AC and lack of sitting space to eat was a bit disappointing but the taste of the steak made it right up for me.

Never going back! Wings was bland. Online and To-Go menu price says one thing was charged something different . Manager on Duty was rude refuse to honor prices on a menu that was provided when I arrived. He stated "menu prices change, waiting on new menus and I shouldve read the menu board above the register." It is misleading to customers and they shouldnt hand out OLD MENUS if changes was made. UPDATE your website as well!!!!
