This location closes early A LOT. Also, this is one of only 2 locations that I have seen, while traveling all over the Atlanta area, that refuses to mix half and half fries and onion rings with an order. They are the same price and almost every other location will allow you to mix them. It comes down to customer service. The employees here are fine, but whoever owns this franchise cares nothing about customer service. It also shows in the food quality. The best way I can describe the food here is that it is cooked. Its not tasty and delicious like other locations. Its kindof dry and bland. That is really odd, considering that all locations receive the same food and the same equipment to cook it on, with very specific instructions on how to cook and prepare the food. I guess maybe how the burgers are assembled (sauces not spread evenishly?). All meat here seems to be slightly overcooked accounting for the slight dryness. Probably from cooks that hear the beep, but think they can get to it when they are good and ready. Im not exactly sure, but there is a difference in food quality and customer service provided by the franchise owner is definitely not done the Burger King way. I just wanted to have it my way. I thought you were suppsosed to offer that.

The Hispanic accent manager is rude and unfriendly. Service is bad. Having listening and taking orders correctly. Never hand out ketchup. Not to mention if ever offer to give condiments. Have to ask for it. even then will only give 2 ketchup for 3 whoppers and one french fries for customer of 3...very stingy young manager.... have never seen that kind of service attitude. Need retraining of customer services or better yet to be fired to replace those who need job in this economy down time. Never go back again.....The owner of this franchise restaurant should take action to reprimand bad customer service especially if bad services come from the Manager.....Bad business ethic.

Order at drive on window and order was not correct at pickup Cashier was polite and changer order then the manager Theresa came over and said she took our order correctly and my wife and I were mistaken. I told her the cashier corrected and she asked again for our order and because she was the manger and had taken it correctly at the drive thur. We gave her the new order and she was very rude. I will not stop at my neighborhood Burger King for awhile now both the cashier and my wife were in shock at her rudeness at 3040 Five Forks Trickum store. This is my first complaint Ive ever done but felt it was need for future customer, if they ever run into this manger.

Terrible Experience. This is very bad Burger King Service the Cashiers and Manager very Rude while a I am ordering in drive thru i ask if can cook my food fresh start yelling and the same with the manager they are 3 people yelled at me while i am there very imbarrassing facility. All 3 people very bad manners nothing good to go there. All of them so bad. I never recommend this facility they should fire this kind of people and do not let them work there.

TERRIBLE!!!! All the employees are rude, take too long to cook and complete an order (even on a slow day), and I just sat in the drivethru for 20 minutes because they were chatting it up with a customer like bestfriends. This is one of the worst Burger Kings Ive ever been to. If i could give negative stars I would!

I felt hungry and decided to go to BK on Fivefork Trickum Rd passing the two in my neighborhood because you get good quality food. When I arrived there at 10:30pm it was closed, but their schedule says it closes at 11:00pm. What a huge disappointment.

Skip this BK. They dont even deserve one star. I always end up going home and cooking. The order is always wrong and the preparation sloppy. Good news is that there are other BK location that dont have poor management.

Food was hot & fresh. Most importantly the resturant was clean!!! First Burger King I have seen that has Apple iPads installed at the booths for kids to play games. Large flat screen TVs with the game on.
