The food has been excellent, but my latest experience at EO has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. During a busy Saturday evening, I expected them to be busy and this was the case. What was unexpected was how inefficiently the front of house operation was conducted. With only two registers to place orders, the lines are long. When one of the registers is closed and reopened intermittently, chaos rapidly emerged. When the 2nd register is reopened, a group would jump line to it. When it would be reclosed, the customers in that line would complain about losing their place in line and would be sent to the front of the other line by staff. I stood in line for over 20 minutes while only advancing in line from 4th to 2nd. When the 2nd register was closed again and people who had entered the restaurant after I had already been in line for almost 15 minutes were inserted in line in front of me, I had enough. The reply of management was that they "dont jump people ahead in line". I beg to differ, you need to find a more respectful way to treat your customers during the busy times.

Their place used to be great, but its sinking faster than the Titanic. The owner is a really good guy, but that doesnt make up for his staff. Went in earlier, bought an order of Sliders only cheese and fries. I get home and theres everything but cheese. I call, then drive ten minutes back. The order is wrong again. All I ordered was sliders only cheese, not that difficult. And the cashier hands me back my order of fries that are currently 25 mins old. Pathetic. I had my money refunded. Both of the cashiers put my order in wrong, cooks made what was on the slip. So I bought $10 sliders and they refuse to listen when I ordered. Im not a difficult person. When I was in EO there were two US Troops inside, I bought them both desert for $10. And I also refused the free sandwich coupons the manager offered, I cant be bought or bribed. You totally screwed my order, now face it. And I wont be back. Wasted 35 minutes of my time and I still havent eaten. Thanks. At least I got to do good by a couple of Hero soldiers though!!

Went in with my friend and boyfriend during some what of a rush. The woman taking the orders asked us to order together so that everything would come out together (we were all paying separately). The food came out at a reasonable time for the two people with me, but said mine was on the way. After 25 minutes of waiting, and my friends almost finished I asked them if they had made the order. They said they were working on it and I asked for it to go. Although they did offer to take it off my bill, I didnt want to do so because I just asked for the food to go. I wish I would have because they didnt give me what I ordered at all to go. Ive always been shaky about this place, but I know I wont be going back after this.

The food here is top notch, and everyone who worked there was really friendly. I originally called asking if they had gluten-free buns, and not to my surprise they didnt, but they were quick to offer some suggestions for ways to modify their burgers. I ended up just eating the burger without the bun and the thing was so huge that it was a meal of its own. The potato pancakes, sort of like little disc-shaped french fries, were so good I didnt want ketchup or anything on them. The ridiculous finale was an eggnog shake that I swore I could never finish, and yet realized that I had done just that when my nose touched the rim of the glass. A great experience, and Ill definitely go back.

I suffer from a severe digestive disorder. My stomach cannot digest even the most plain foods. For several years I subsisted on plain oatmeal and mushed carrot paste. Even adding a drop of honey to my oatmeal would wreak havoc on my system - causing me severe bowel movements(SBM) and fainting spells. My life was miserable, until EO burger came to town. The bland, tasteless burgers served here are fine on my stomach! ! I can eat two or three of these sandwiches and not have even the slightest stomach problems! And because EO is so skimpy with the toppings, I can order my burgers fully loaded and never worry! Thanks EO BURGERS !

So So. This was our first time at EO Burgers, and at first glance, the place looked pretty good. The decor was modern and spacious. However, the floor was greasy and need a good cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food, on the other hand, was mediocre and nothing special. I ordered a Kobe Burger with blue cheese and caramelized onions and fries with garlic and parmesan. The food arrived quickly, but the fries was soggy, and the burger had no flavor except for the saltiness of the blue cheese. In short, we had a very disappointing first visit.

Today I experienced fantastic service. I was on my lunch break which is only 30 mins and after I ordered my burger the cashier told me it would be about 10-15 mins. I gave her a kind of apprehensive look and she said no worries. I then heard her ask the kitchen if they could put a rush on my order. So I got my burger in about 8 mins! I was so happy and frantic that I knocked over my water all over the counter. she even told me not to worry so I could return to work and enjoy my burger. Will definitely be returning!

Honestly this concept is a little beyond me. I order at a counter and pay $18 for a burger, fries and a beer? Not worth it. They say the burgers are hand pattied but Im not so sure. The meat if packed very tightly and doesnt have the bite of a prime burger. Im sure they are serving prime beef but I dont see the need for it. An 80/20 grind of choice beef taste better than this burger. Fries are good but it seemed half my order was undercooked. Overall the food is good, just dont see the value in the concept.

A friend of mine recommended this place and it did not disappoint. I had the original burger with cheddar cheese. This place seems to be a local favorite, because you couldnt even get in the door when I went. Service was reasonably fast even though they were extremely busy. Great atmosphere and you can have a beer or wine with your burger. I read the negative reviews before I went, but tried it anyway on the faith of my friends recommendation. You wont be disappointed.

What a nice little sidewalk burger joint. The foods good and the service is friendly. Ive been here a few times over the past few years and have always had a good meal. They have lots of different types of specialty burgers and the traditional build it yourself option. They have an interesting set of dipping sauce options for fries and onion strings. They also have a deal with the local movie theater for tickets that makes dinner and a movie quite a nice combo.
