I went to this location on December 28th 2016. The drive thru lady was in such a hurry that she didnt secure my drinks in the carrier properly. She handed me the carrier and as soon as she did the drink she didnt secure fell over into my lap soaking not only me but my $700 cell phone that was in my lap as well. Now my cell phone is ruined and doesnt work. The manager walked up to the drive thru window as i got very upset. However she didnt say a word. No apology, no offer to cover the damage to my cell phone or anything. They just handed me another drink and some napkins and went about their business. I am Still extremely upset by this as now i have a cell phone that doesnt work. I have tried to call the franchise and it says the number is disconnected. Why should i be responsible for the cost of replacing my phone when it was their carelessness that ruined it. Not a happy customer as all. I do not recommend this location as theyre incompetent.

Dad and I came here for lunch today and we enjoyed it ok. The service was a little slow and our cashier (hispanic male) was nice, but he didnt understand everything and he spoke with someone else that knew spanish. We did get our food orders correct. The posters on the walls were colorful and appealing to look at. Since most checkers are drive thru, you could actually go inside to eat, which was cool! My first visit to this Checkers was awesome. I work fast food and was AMAZED by how low their prices were and the variety of food they had. (6-PC wings or boneless wings for $2.99...what?!!) And they tested awesome. You can get a chicken poppers and fries meal for $1.99 and they have so many 1$ burgers.. ridiculously low prices and great quality! Will definitely be coming back here!

The cashiers are very nice and patient. Food is hot and prepared fresh. Fries are almost always fresh. Wings are great and YOU CAN EAT INSIDE! And its clean.
