Have not been here in over 6 months and will not return. Placed my order at 12:49 told it would be 10 to 15 minutes ok it is lunch so I am patient by 1:20, I finally receive my order. Had to rush back to work I still was pleasant I can eat at work. Get to work my food wad burned. I call back spoke to the manager Jakiya I guess is how you spell her name, she offers to fix the food over and give me a full portion instead of what I ordered a lunch portion, ok that is fine again I am still pleasant. I go back and see they are still slow by now I waited yet another 8 minutes so I ask for my money back instead and gave her the food back because I now have to pick up my son, so my original order 1/2 portion of shrimp alfredo, and a peach lemonade. Now I have taken extra time to bring this food back because of her establishment and she gives me part of my money back because I did yes drink my lemonade however, the gas and time to bring my burnt food back truly would of been a good gesture to give me all my money back worth the 2.99$. I will contact the General Manager, wont be back, and thank you for assisting my co-worker with her decision NOT to have her baby shower at your facility after this poor experience we will take the party of 30 else where and our money. I gladly let all of my co-workers at Kaiser know of this poor customer service.

I went last night at 7pm, there was approx. 15 tables (4-6 customer) being used at the time. It took 20 minutes (720pm) for our waitress to get our drink order in which we also placed our food order. It was 740 before we received our drinks and were then told our salads would be right out. At 815 we asked about our salads. At 820 our salads were brought out. Our waitress had been to our table 3 times in a 1 hour and 40 minute time frame. All drinks on the table had been empty for 30 minutes. At 840 she brought more bread which we already had and we asked how much longer for food. We were then informed that this was a dinner rush and it would be about 40 minutes. At this point I told her I wanted our food to go. Five minutes later she brought all of our food out in to go boxes. Brandy the "manager" came over to our table to see what was going on looked at us, rolled her eyes, laughed and walked off. Our waitress dropped the "f bomb" a few times and we left. As we were leaving there was 3 sets of customers up front all of which had been waiting for help for over 20 minutes. This place is an absolute joke.

I dont write reviews but I just had to.I absolutely loved my waitress at Red Lobsters today, she was excellent. Her name was Sabrina her personality was great and she kept us laughing and once again she was excellent. Customer service is big for me and since Ive moved to this area after being to multiple restaurants where the customer service was lack thereof and thats what makes me keep coming back to a restaurants I would most definitely go back all because of Mis. Sabrina service. The food was great my favorite was the lobster and shrimp pasta that I ordered on my Lobster shrimp overboard plate my boyfriend had the clam chowder and shrimp salad but after he tasted my lobster and shrimp pasta he ordered a half pasta of what I had because I dont share food lol but I would most definitely go back all because of Ms. Sabrina customer service great job once again.

This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had at Red Lobster. My son and I arrived at approximately 8pm. It was his birthday. There were 2 patrons being seated as I walked in and 2 after me. The hostess seated the couple who came in after me at the bar and then proceeded to help clean the bar area. Someone on a blue dtess, who I will assume is the manager came up and asked the lady on the opposite side whether or not she had been assisted. Now, I am sitting directly in front of the podium and she never addressed me. I then stated to her that we were next and she said, "I know you were next!" She took the 2nd customer to be seated. I have patronized this location for years, but I promise I will not be back. We are now at the Jonesboro Rd. location, where it is much more professional and worth the wait.

Tara Boulevard Red Lobster has to be the absolute worse location that I have ever patronized! I just concluded that its not a good idea for me to visit this location again. Seems as if every time I visit, they find a way to get my order wrong. This last time was it for me, when they attempted to pacifier me with extra broccoli for preparing my meal incorrectly. I didnt want extra broccoli. If so, I had money to pay for it. Just cook my meat to my specifications. Then the manager (Art) was sitting right there in the office, and didnt come out to see what the issue was. They have very awful customer service! I will never eat there again!!

Just left and would not try again. The food was tasty but not hot. Took forever to get our food. The server was very pleasant and as efficient as she could be under the circumstances. When arriving we had hit what look to be a bar glass out in one of the parking spots. My husband brought two of the largest pieces in and informed the hostess who did not think it worthy information to give her manager. My husband did speak to the manager who was very apologetic and kind, comping part of our meal. Areas of the restaurant were completely empty and the reasoning for delay was one large party

The waitress was ok we tipped her but the food wasnt good at all..I cant see myself visiting that location again..I ordered the ultimate feast mainly for the crabs and shrimp The crab had to be sitting in the water to long earlier in the day it was like rubber horrible, The shrimp wasnt no better...Out of a almost 30.00 meal the only good thing was the side of mash potatoes and the piece of lobster..the corn was horrible too...I could go on an on but I guess you get the point...My advice is to ask for everything fresh to ensure your food hasnt been sitting to long.

My husband and I stopped in last night. Our server Kimone was awesome. She was friendly, attentive and made several recommendations. We had the shrimp trio (yummy) and my husband had the bbq scallops, creamy garlic shrimp and the cajun shrimp. All delicious. Shrimp not overcooked, and not swimming in sauce. We talked to Vince (the manager) and hes only been there 4 months, but if you had bad service/food before, you should give it another try! Vince has really made this a friendly, fun environment and it shows in both the food and service!

I want be back the customer service from the waiter was awesome "Kirk" but the food was horrible. I spent 40$ on seafood and only like the cheese biscuits, slam them and the lobster tail was good thats it the Caesar salad was salty the clam chowder was bland and tasted water down. I was so dissatisfied and aggravated I was ready to go but I will come back and get the biscuits to go thats it. Ive spent $40 on a plate and enjoyed my damn self excuse the language but "Atlanta fish Market" is to die for and go to heaven.
