First off I understand when it Saturday night an hour before closing I get it. We were told we had an 45 min wait understood because the restaurant does high volume at night. An 30 mind after wed were supposed to be seated the buzzer goes off no explanation or updates while we waited. We get to a table thats barely wiped and a foot area full of food. When we asked if it could be tidied one employee stated it wasnt his job. Tbe hostess then brought us silverware with stuck on food on them and laid them in front of us. As we waited for our server to come back and replace the silver we gey drinks and water, I see a man at the bar massaging an employee on break, who has on businesses attire and a key card I assume he is a manager. Our salads arrived and it looked like we were in the clear until the birthday girl who wanted to come to Red lobster on her birthday found the whole brown lettuce base in her salad bowl. My friend then request to see a manager. I say nothing mistakes happen right. Low and behold Mr. Friendly hands is the manager that shows up to my table While i was speaking to my friends about his behavior at the bar. We tell him of what has transpired he apologized and said he would fix it. Eventually and addition 15 mind later we were sat. Someone came by and took our food order then our server came an brought drinks 25 mins into us sitting Idle with just water we finally got biscuits. I ordered a half dozen raw oysters and the pick two deal. My friends and the r girl ordered the shrimp linguini and a Shrimp skewer. I work in customer service. Then the entrees start to arrive and one friend finds a long spiral curl of hair as soon they sat the bowls which leads to everyone checking their food. Next an eyelash is found. We again request a manager my food untouched because now Im afraid to eat it. Another manager comes this time a lady. She apologized and said it wasnt any hair but it was the parsley. Now ive been cooking a long time but never seen parsley that looks like a black coiled strand of hair. Just a bunch of people walking around with full beards and no hair nets delivering food. Soured my Red Lobster experience. Lost a group frequent customers yesterday.

I will never go to this Red Lobster ever again as a matter of fact i will never go to any Red Lobster again,I havent bn to a Red Lobster in over a decade so i decided to treat my family there since we have been to so many seafood kitchens together except Red Lobster. I took them to the one on camp creek and we ordered our appetizer which was Lobster pizza before our ordered food was ready, everything was okay all the way to our ordered food i always love the Lobster bisque from the papadeaux so i ordered one Red Lobster as a to go.We went there on Saturday 07/29/2017 so on Sunday 07/30/2017 i wanted to eat the Lobster bisque with my kids and as soon as i opened the bowl i stirred the soup with my spoon and there was not one single Lobster in the bowl,I searched the entire bowl it was only the soup and no Lobster after paying $87 for the meals and the Lobster bisque i gave the useless dude a $14.87 tip and still got ripped off i hope they didnt serve me someones leftover if there is not one single small Lobster in the bowl that was just so terrible i will just stay with my papadeaux, more menu, better service and not intending to serve customers some leftovers.

Went there today for the first time in a long time and really enjoyed my food. I got the 4-course special for $15.99 which includes soup, salad, entrée, and dessert,, along with those melt in your mouth cheesy biscuits. Since I rarely go out for lunch, I figured I would splurge today. With the meal being a 4-course lunch deal, I figured that it would be enough to make me full with no leftovers. To my surprise, I brought most of the meal home, with some biscuits also...lol. The creamy potato bacon soup was ooh so good. the salad was just the right size. The entrée was what left my mouth agape. I had no idea that the dish was going to be a big as it was, big enough for 2 to 3 people to share. The dessert was a little disappointing though because the slice of Caramel cheesecake that I ordered looked like a kiddie sized order. Although I couldnt eat it anyway, I was expecting a larger size slice of cheesecake. Overall, the food was great, the server (Rah was her name) was very good, I left pleased and with enough food for dinner. Glad we chose to go there today.

The SERVICE and FOOD was Horrible. The carpet rug through out the restaurant had napkins and food items that the waiter/waitress swiped on the floor from the table. I had to send my order back twice because of the taste and presentation. When I commented to the manager MR. VINCENT on the cleanliness, food quality and customer service for this location is horrible and unacceptable. He told me that it stays crowded so they must be doing something right and that the corporation is valued at $3.4B and if I dont like I can go eat somewhere else. HE (MR. VINCENT) was very unprofessional to myself and my date. DO NOT EAT HERE. THE COMMUNITY NEED TO DEMAND BETTER QUALITY FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have contacted the investment group (DARDEN) and demanded that MR. VINCENT receives training in customer services and people skills. In addition to better quality food.

Went here for my uncles birthday June 27 around 7PM. Food was hot and good. No real complaints. Admiral Feast is always the way to go. All of the servers were VERY good. They helped us out at every turn. Helped sing the birthday song. Asked if there was anything we needed; some of the best service Ive had in a long time. Make sure you look out for them if you had the same exemplary service that we did. The supervisor stood around and sort of did nothing though; I guess with the quality of waiters and waitresses that were there, he was not needed. When we have went to other Red Lobsters in a large party, the manager usually comes by just to acknowledge everything was going okay - which is why it stood out in my mind...

For starters it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the table. After taking the order we got the calamari and vegetables which I have ordered on numerous occasions it was horrible. The waitress spoke to the manager about it then came back to inform us that it would be removed from the bill. Which it wasnt, had to remind them. Ok we ordered all you could eat shrimp the service was horrible on bringing them out. The manager finally came to the table and stated he would go back and cook them they would be right out. We had already waited some 12 minutes for second round. The waitress could have checked on us a little better. Sat waiting for utensils to eat the salad. I was really disappointed.

Just dined in about a week ago. It was my first time and it was the worst! To begin with the wait was endless 45+. Once we get our table the serve ( Tara ) brought out the drinks and she had an attitude because I requested an extra straw. When we were ready to order it took her almost 30 minutes to come back. I ordered a drink from the bar ( which had not one taste of alcohol in it ) and another one and it never arrived. Once the food came out my steak I ordered it well done it was pinker then the pink panther himself. She was serving other people with a much better attitude and of course quickness to them but not to us.
