Recently visited this location with my family and the one thing I always count on with coming to Red Lobster is consistency. This is the second time Ive been to this location and anything that didnt come out of the fryer was just bad. Even the biscuits this visit, they were missing butter in the dough and brushed on top (I make them at home from time to time). My daughter got the half order of Shrimp Alfredo, there was no alfredo, it was just butter with some garlic. My daughter and wife both got a side of the bisque and it was not creamy, over salted, and just gross. I dont know why it shows one $ for price. We had an appetizer and three entrees and the total was over $80, no alcohol. I wish the great female manager was on duty at the time. Shes helped us before, this visit, the server didnt even seem to care he was taking full plates/bowls back to the kitchen to throw away. My Dad gave up on Red Lobster after they got rid of the butterflied fried shrimp (well over a decade ago). Now its my time to give up. Many better and cheaper seafood options in this area. (Baybreeze, Marietta Fish Market, Captain Ds lol)

this is absolutely the worst mealI have ever had.... first yall take away the crab cakes from what use to be the fried seafood sampler... I was going to get the other sampler that they have now ask about swap in one of the items that I do not like for another one no problem but it will cost 2 extra dollars.... so I got the fish and chips.... me and my wife get are salads hers looks real good with green lettuce in all that mine is nothing but the lettuce that you get from the middle of the head... then we get our food well my wifes food comes and they say that she has to wait on her fash because the one that they prepared first was cooked too well and the manager said that he cannot sale something that was prepared so poorly.... I get my food my fish is like a piece of leather but they had no problem sailing that they poorly prepared meal... needless to say I will not go back to a Red Lobster

We were passing through last week & stayed at closest hotel just to get take-out from Red Lobster north of Atlanta. Everything from the exceptionally friendly bartender to the food we asked to be prepared differently was top notch, much better than most ANY type chain restaurant & better than many of my "fine dining" experiences. We have marked this Kennesaw, GA Red Lobster & will try to make an extra effort to make it our ATL stopover! Theres something very comforting on a long trip to have an experience like this!

Ok, Ill start by saying that I dont do seafood, so I cant judge them on that. I was invited to a gathering at Red Lobster recently; it was the first time Id been in one since I was a child. The restaurant was clean and quiet. I got a chicken dish that was actually very good (Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo). But what impressed me the most was the service. Our waitress, with the help of another waiter, served our group of over 30 people! She was very helpful, attentive, and fast. She was great with the kids, too.

We ate here on a Wednesday night. There was hardly any wait. They just had to move tables and chairs around for our party of seven. The hostesses were very nice. Our waiter actually wrote our order down (not something that you see much anymore but Id rather them write it down than get it wrong). The orders came out hot within a reasonable period of time. The waiter was attentive with refills. All in all this was a relatively nice visit to one of our favorite chain eateries.

When I originally sat down it started off badly . I had two waiters and they both had an attitude and were very un attentive . The manager stepped in and she immediately was a breath of fresh air . I could tell my experience was about to be great . It was, she was professional and courteous . Thank you Carmen! I love red lobster but I almost never came back . Now....I probably will go once a week . Carmen you were amazing , keep up your hard work .

My experience was terrible! The server was rude and didnt pay attention to us! There was only like 5 families there! And the timing on the food. It was just plain bad. We ordered endless shrimp and it took half an hour just to bring one plate. Last but not least, they didnt give us what we ordered. They forgot my broccoli and my dressing. They also gave my mom shrimp Alfredo even though we didnt order it. My advice, NEVER come here!

Terrible food quality, lobster bisque water down to save cost, grilled shrimp is first water boiled then just for look put on grill which got the smell of grill. The service was even worse, the manager never stopped or care to know why the food was returned. Dont waste your time and money, just visit small mom&pop sea food location, there is a reason Red-lobster was dropped by Darden.

I do like seafood so I was a bit taken aback when someone suggested I go there anyway. I tried this Cajun Pasta that normally came with shrimp, but they substituted blackened chicken for me and it was to die for! The staff was very friendly and food delicious! I have since frequented my local Red Lobster a hundred times.

I love cocktails. Havent had a bad experience out of all the times that I have visited this restaurant. I usually go during lunch for they have specials that are not so pricey. The fish from the lunch menu usually is fresh, I know this because I saw it get unloaded from the truck. The waitress and staff is friendly.

The movie "Barber Shop" referred to Red Lobster as "the McDonalds of seafood." Im not sure Id use that description, but this particular location was not up to par with other RLs Ive been to. My husband got coconut shrimp that was over-breaded and overcooked. I had wood grilled tilapia tacos and they were just meh.

2 stars because the biscuits are good. Both orders of the shrimp scampi was absolutely terrible. The shrimp tasted "fishy", the place was dirty with multiple tables not bussed and the iced tea had a metallic taste. As we left we saw the health dept score of 77 ---- we wont patronize another Red Lobster.

Just finished eating here, service and food were awesome! My daughter loves the popcorn shrimp and there was more than she could eat. I had the wood fired tilapia and I am stuffed. Our server did an awesome job of making sure drinks were filled and cheddar biscuits were present.

Red Lobster is definitely a favorite. Nice atmosphere, usually, although if you go on a busier night, expect some obnoxious people to allow their children to run all over disturbing other guests. The food is always great. Service is usually great. The place is usually clean.
