My experience there was horrific, they treat new customers like they have been there before..they try to take your order while they own the phone with there friend an its not the thick girl its the lazy lil girl that was own the registrar today... she had the balls to tell me the reason why she didnt tell me that the food is fried own one side an the other is not fried like how do people supposed to no that... at every other place I go to they ask do you want fried or not an they definitely dont tell you the reason they didnt tell you was because you look like or acted like you had a attitude... like how do you look like are act like you have a attitude people have attitude all day but customer service states that you should be able to coat with a person attitude or dont accept the service simple as that....so me an my family will never eat there again... An I no that they might not care but for future customers please go some where else there are better places to eat at, with out all that negative energy...

I use to like this place until today i decided to called in my order and before i could complete my second order the rude unprofessional attitude having little girl hung the phone up in my face..I WAS HEATED!!! but then too get there and my order wasnt even started pissed me off even more..having good food doesnt amount to horrible customer service they give it makes you think about the staff thats running the company and how theyre preparing the food but due to their rude nonchalt attitude and lack of customerservice Im taking my business elsewhere not worth it.

From Baltimore use to fish tasting like it came straight from the water to the pan. Love the fish and it never taste fishy. Always piping hot. They change the cooking oil often which you can tell by the taste and smell. And they do not overpower the fish with so much seasoning that you cant taste the fish. Never had a problem with service and yes the guy who takes the order never looks happy; but he has never been rude, always shows me my food which I like to insure order is correct. Fish & shrimp, Cole slaw & fries for $14 and I can never eat it all.

Staff very unprofessional. The staff was not knowledgeable about the product. They ask you to retrieve your own crabs out of the frezzer with a thin plastic glove. Theres no telling how much bacteria or germs multiple people have left in there... not sanitary at all!!! Then they weigh the crabs with all of this frozen ice on the crabs; jacking the price up on some old crabs, no telling how long those crabs have been frozen!!

Ive only eaten here one other time until today and I really enjoyed the Shrimp Po Boy. I didnt realize then that the customer service was sub par.Today however, proved that fact! The cashier sat down to take my order and was not friendly at all. Im not sure if I will get the same experience with the Po Boy, but I definitely will not be coming back.

I just left there and got a pound of crawfish that man had to no they were over cooked i can tell soon i open the bag they were dark and dried out no juice thats no good i will nevere go back this was around 3:30 on fathers day i used to like going there but i see he dont care!!!!!

Although their shrimp poboy is absolutely delicious the service (or lack there of) provided by the cashiers is unacceptable. Also the prices continue to increase as the portions decrease. If you want fresh fish this is not the place for you.

Frozen crabs are brown and broken ... The young girl at the counter has her boyfriend meet you at the register while placing your order . When asking a question they speak rudely . Not worth my time once I get off work.
