Giving it one star is being generous. I was hoping this was jsut a bad night, but by reading the reviews I see this is more of thee norm at this location. Hpstess was too busy chatting with a friend at the hostess station to notice us. THen when she did, umpedinto work mode, and we were sat right away....to our table, Cleaning products left on our table , then when we mentioned it it, hostess only set it on the window ledge at out able. Waited 20 mins on drinks, ( a beer & advertised speciality drink) was pretty much ignored by the server ... she made it clear the only other table she had , a table of 7 was taking up all her time and they were"annoying" . The food was ok at best. One of my lobsters was overcooked while other was so salty I cold barely eat it. Awful service. AND there is ZERO excuse for this kind of serice at these prices. The place wasnt busy at all. We were ignored and the food tasted like someone was learning how to make lobster. That is POOR service. Shamefull when we paid $35 a plate before drinks ( that we never got out refills on, including the waters) and the starter which was a PILE of chips with little dip. The salad, OMG! I had the vein part of the lettuce, barely any leaf or greenery. CHEAP, lazy cutting corners. I dont know if they had a lettuce shortage , but we could have done without the salad vs they POOR plates we were served. THERE was only 2 of us! No excuses. The server the 3 times she did talk to us, mumbled as she walked away.. And that when she brought out food. I assume she was talking to us, but not really sure. Im sorry, no excuse at these prices. NONE! OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

On mothers day of all days our service absolutely sucked!! We were seated promptly, drink order taken promptly.. We waited for almost 30 mins for a coke a margarita and two other cocktails. After sittng our drinks down, the server TASHA walks away, about 15-20 mins later after having to bring it to the managers attention she then takes our food order. Crappy service but the food was amazing!! Not once, did she stop by the table to check on us. I personally had to walk to the bar to get refills and to go boxes for our table. I should have recieved her "tip". I mean seriously, within the hour and a half we were there, I spoke with the manager, which was awesome btw. He ended up comping our entire check except for our only bc by law, he couldnt. We were ok with that. He went on to explain that his server had been working since 10am and it was 930pm on their busiest day of the year.. Even that I understand but as a server, you make YOUR TiPS by checking on YOUR CUSTOMERS! Needless to say on our original $150 check and after the check was comped to $57 total.. this server made a $4 tip. Hopefully her other customers were at least half way satisfied.

I called in a carryout order last night. They said it would be ready in 10 mins but I took 25 mins to get there. It was about 30 mins before they closed. There was no one at the bar so someone finally walked by to see if I had been assisted and went to get someone to help me. It was still a few more minutes before they came out from the back. He went over the things in the bag to make sure I had it all. I ordered the lobster seafood dip which is an appetizer. I was very disappointed in the amount of dip I was given. They gave a full container of the chips for the dip but there was so little dip I used 7 or less chips. It definitely wasnt the amount in the picture on their website. In regards to the food, the dip was good, the chips were thin and I really liked them and it had some pico de gallo on the side as well. The biscuits they gave me were cold but the dip was nice and hot even by the time I got home. I havent dined in this location before. This was actually my first visit here. For the slow service and small portion of food I had to give them a lower rating.

ITS NOT EVEN A ONE STAR RESTAURANT. My friend and I visited this establishment last Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We were seated and handed the most disgusting menu Ive ever been handed. Every page on both menus were so sticky. It was gross. The next Hugh disappointment was our meals. Toms fried shrimp, both servings were limp. Not crunchy. I ordered the steak and lobster. Quite expensive too. Well, when my meal was served there was no lobster on my plate. Thats right. I said no lobster!!! The waiter said lobster takes longer to cook. REALLY??? Thats BS. When it was brought out 5 minutes later the top of the lobster was black. Burnt. When I got home. I became ill. A few hours later I vomited. Again and again. I threw my doggie bag down the garbage disposal. I wish I wouldnt have. I should have sent it over to the health department. I will never come back to this shop again. They should be ashamed to call that place a restaurant. Shameful.

Terrible service, surrounded by filth. On the way to our table I counted at least 12 unbussed tables, almost matching the amount of those that were occupied. It just felt gross. The table we were seated at was across from 2 dirty tables as well as in-between 2 in the same condition. On a Thursday night at 8pm, it was not crowded and yet it took a while to be seated, no doubt due to the sheer amount if unkempt tables. I only noticed one busser who looked like he hated life. If hes the only one, I can understand, however I noticed him look at particularly dirty table, shake his head and move on to another. Eventually I saw one of the hostesses was called in to assist. The server took about 7 minutes for the server to come to the table after sitting down. However he was fairly attentive after that. Its clear management has no clue as to what is going on nor how to rectify such challenges. Unfortunately, youll suffer for it.

When my family and I had first entered this Red Lobster, visually, we thought we were going to be impressed with the meal sheerly by the restaurants ora. We were all very wrong. Now our first impression of the wait staff was very nice since we had a very sociable and friendly waitress, you could tell she knew what she was doing socially, but service wise.. Not so much. Needless to say, that also goes for management as well. A very nice woman has been running the place for about 1 year and six months now: each time weve "visited" quality of service has yet to change. Sadly, Id say its stemming from the floor manager being in the food industry for fairly too long.. Since you can practically smell the distain she has for the place on her breathe. If youre all about terrible food running and long waits for your drinks.. Well, youre in for a treat at this place.
