Went in the Cartersville store on Main St. 8:45pm on Thursday June 29th. Store closes at 10:30pm. Handed the young lady at the counter a coupon I had just received in the mail for an eighth piece meal. Was told it would have to be cooked and it would be 25 minutes. Cooking to order an hour and 45 minutes before closing. Ive said this to other restaurants and Ill say it to this one. Do not open your doors if you do not intend to deliver product !!! I just turned around and walked out. My time was wasted and no KFC dinner. Went to another fast food establishment where I was served immediately and was home with their food in less than the 25 minutes I would have had to wait at KFC in Cartersville. One star.

Completely messed up our order. Threw the food and change at us and did not give us a receipt. Asked for Potato wedges, instead got Mac and cheese that my youngest couldnt eat anyways because of food allergies. Some of the chicken had been sitting out all day, some of it was under cooked. Went back to try to work something out, was told we either had to have the receipt or the chicken. So now we are on our way to dig up the nasty chicken out of the trash with the box so that we can get our money back. Do NOT go here.

Went through drive through. Never asked what side or drink I wanted with my meal. Never spoke or even looked at me when I got to the window. Basically threw my food at me and shut the window. Both at the speaker and at the window he was too busy joking around with fellow employees to do his job or even speak to the customer. Even though I had to make clear what I wanted for a side, the idiots they have up there still got my order(one meal), wrong.

Waited 20 minutes for a 8 piece meal and when I got home they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken and while waiting I bought a sweet tea and asked for a refill and that would be 5 minutes because they had no more tea and I have tried to call for the last hour since I have been home and no one will answer the phone so yeah very upset with Kfc and the service I received tonight

This is a very hit and miss location but overall the biggest issue I have encountered is whenever I order potato wedges they almost always have to cook them to order no matter what time I go but it is worse in the evening...whats worse is they dont tell me that they are out and having to cook them fresh until I am already at the window which is very frustrating

So, I hardly ever come to Cartersville and I live in Alpharetta, ga which is an hour away. I have been to multiple KFCs and Ive ever been to such a Rewarding location like this one. I literally enjoyed the food, the service, the people, I mean I highly recommend anyone to come check this place out. Thank you so much for the Wonderful Service!!!

The quality here is just - well - nonexistent. Bored employees who obviously want to be somewhere else serving up a subpar product. I think the worst part of my experience has been the employees attitudes. They barely even acknowledge you and treat you like youre just kind of getting in the way of their chit chat.

This is a decent kfc location the food is usually good...my biggest complaint is that whenever I order potato wedges they almost always are out and have to cook them fresh which can get annoying.... otherwise though it is an adequate contribution to the brand

Literally only getting the second star because the food is always decent. The service on the other hand, is outrageously terrible! Possibly the worst service Ive ever had, more than once! We even complained to the manager once and see gave us attitude!

My first time to this kfc never will i come back i ordered an item then was told that they sold theclast one!!!! to get any thing else.. its was less than what i ordered would not refund insted gave me something for the extra money.. bad service

Ordered my food and they forgot all about my order... Waited about 20 min then they asked me what Id ordered......wings were not fresh. The staff was very unorganized.. They messed up at least 7 out of 10 other orders while I was there .

Pretty much any time Ive gone to this KFC, my order has ALWAYS been wrong. It can go anywhere for forgetting to put something on or putting something we didnt order on. Other then that the food is reasonable and the prices are fair.
