When sailing the Aegean Sea, it is imperative to keep your wits about you, for though the Sirens song may be enticing, it has led to the demise of many a sailor. There I was, sailing my trusty 14 Santa Fe through northern Indiana, when the silhouette of a terrifying mythological beast entered my peripherals. It appeared to me as a buffalo with the wings of a chicken, and I couldnt help but tremble in fear and bewonderment. I was drawn to its radiant presence as one is drawn to a succulent, red apple or a handsome, red-haired, Scandinavian prince. I entered the edifice emblazoned with the aforementioned powerful beast, but some of the magic quickly died away. The first thing to offset my sense of amazement were the countless telly boxes adorning the walls. Playing on each telly box was a sport of some kind, and I quickly found it a challenge to keep track of all of them at the same time. But I, ever the fool, pushed this distraction away as a mere inconvenience. I attempted to jest with the less than adequately attractive waitress, but all she seemed interested in talking about was food (which, frankly, should not have been unexpected judging by her size). When I received my meal a small number of hours later, my wonder and awe was finally crushed. The terrifying buffalo-chicken beasts were miniscule, and the wings, though filled with the fire of Hades, were the size of underdeveloped potatoes. I thought the pain was over, but after a couple of days, Hephaestus tickled ol brown eye with the fiery scorn of Hell. It was really a cruel act of deceit to use such a mighty beast to represent such a crummy establishment, but I did learn a lesson from the experience. Sometimes the apple, though succulent, is poisoned. Sometimes the Scandinavian prince only cares about himself and not the power of sisterly love. It is important to look out for Sirens like this, for failing to recognize them might prove fatal, or at the very least, butt-numbingly painful. This buffalo wild wings is truly the Gary, Indiana of northern Indiana, but at least the food tasted good on the way in.

Friday January 6 2017 We were told 25 minute wait approximately, we waited less than that, our server Gage was spot on very attentive, he checked on us twice before our food ever came, after our food came he was back to the table many times, Gage gets an A plus, give him more tables he deserves them, the food was good, as it usually is, my only suggestion is get more table busers or have the servers bus tables, the hostess was busing tables which took away from tending to those coming in and looking lost, but with the service given by Gage we had a fantastic experience. One more thing, with all the money youre making, replace the bench seats in the South East corner by the server station, my wife and I did not like sitting on a seat that is falling apart and purple paint or nail polish on the other, I didnt break it so dont punish me by making me sit there, get on the phone with your supplier and order one right now, you know you can afford it, if it wasnt packed I would have requested a different table and possibly missed out on the fantastic service we received from Gage.

If it werent for my server Katarina, i would have rated this bdubs a "one star". First and foremost, first thing I see when I walk through the door is the hostess, Madison, whom was the absolute rudest person Ive ever conversed with in my life. She copped an attitude about having to seat us rather than us just "self seating" in the bar. Then we sit down to eat, wait 20 mins for our food, and it comes out cold. So then we get our new food which was fine. Then we hear loud banging on the tables.... This would have been acceptable from a child, or a rowdy group, but we turn to find that its the hostess putting tables together and rolling her eyes about having to make a table. With the way the FOH and the BOH treat this place is a disappointment.

I went to bdubs a few nights ago with my fiance. We had this server, I think her name was megan but she was wearing a funny name tag. She has our drinks ready as soon as we finished them. Delivered our food promptly and even had sone pleasant conversation. She is by far the best server Ive had. I would really recommend getting seated with at her table. I dont like when people dont serve my drinks quick enough and it seems to happen with everyone else Ive had there. 10/10 Megan, hope you get recognized for it.

I really dont know how this place can achieve a 5 star rating. Not only are they skimpy on their sauces that they put on the boneless wings. I called in an order of boneless wings on boneless wing Thursday. Yes I know its hectic on boneless Thursdays, but thats why you call in your order ahead of time, right? Called in my order at 7:20pm. The employee said, "your order will be done in 20 mintues". Awesome. Its now 8:15pm and Im still waiting for my wings. Bravo bdubs of portage indiana. Bravo.

Awful food with even worse service. It reminds my of "Friends" restaurant in the movie about the end of the world. Its like the world is ending so there are not consequences for making really bad food or giving really bad service. Very dirty and hasnt been vacuumed for weeks and he servers cant get the simplest things right. Management here needs to be fired and new blood needs to come in and make these people put at least a little bit of work into this place. AVOID.

Gave them a military license to order an alcoholic beverage and our server had to take it to the manager, came back and said that this company doesnt accept military licenses but would let it slide this time. I explained its a valid government identification and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. While ordering our meal she talked to us like we were stupid and made us feel really uncomfortable and gave us minimal service. Wont be coming here again.

The place as usual, like every bdubs. But very generous waitress and very courteous. That made a difference. You should try thai curry sauce. I did with boneless chicken wings. It is spicy though so be weary. It was fantastic. My wife is vegetarian, so she had black bean patty on a classic burger style. They forgot to give her sauce on the side(which we requested) and grilled cheese plus it seemed slightly over done, but she enjoyed it.

Ive been going to this location on and off for the last five years. Theyve gone through several managers/wait staff, but that is to be expected of a chain restaurant, I think. I very rarely have any issues with the food or the wait staff, and the times that I have, they have always taken care of the issue (wrong sauce, missing wings) quickly with no complaints.

This place is good your food usually gets out fast when you go on an hour when it is not busy. Also I gave my waitress a $50 dollar tip cause she was so wonderful and kept giving me water without asking I think I got four one time I was really thirsty and she tried refusing by I insisted she took the too for the wonderful service she provided me
