I went via drive-thru... The service was completely rude. The lady cut my off while i was speaking when ordering. Then when i go to the window she holds my food in a bag dangling and doesnt acknowledge me or say anything... I give her my card she doesnt speak to me... Then hands me my receipt. . walks off. Doesnt ask about nor gives me the opportunity to ask about condiments. . gives me no napkins..never exchanges a word.. Sadly as i sat at window another employee walks by... I ask if her manager is available or if she could give me the mangers name.... The employee response was " the lady that gave you your food is the manager" and walks away. Therefore, the management doesnt offer customer service.... Thats pretty bad for KFC .

Poor food quality and customer service.... So much for making the customer happy. How you charge someone almost 8+ dollars and give me half of my order and then tell me that is how the training video said to fill the box! Well why the hell is the box this size it is if you are only filling it up half way! Every other KFC I go to fills the chicken popper box up! I ordered 2 and one was full and one not... come on now! You lost a customer & I will be disputing this with the GM in the AM!

Manager was very rude to customers who were being friendly with her. Very long wait time to get food and I was one of two people waiting. Ordered a 2 piece meal white, paid, then was told they didnt have breasts so I could have 2 legs and manager would not comp the price. Im ok with any issues as long as someone (like the manager) is apologetic or offers something for the wait. Wont go back.

I went thru the drive and ordered the New Ga Gold with mashed potatoes and got home with Nashville Hot and Slaw , tried to call them no-one answered, went by the next day and took it back. I saw the Mrg and she just kept looking at the chicken like I was a idiot,never said sorry or anything, I told her it was all screwed up and walked out. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS JOINT.

This place is horrible! We went thru the drive thru and ordered a bucket meal and their new nashville spicy hot chcken. The lady who took our order was mean. They forgot to put the nashville chicken in the bag. And when.we called their phone number to ask about it they would not answer and went straight to a fax tone. Ughh! Not going back there ever again!!!!!

We really enjoy dinning in here from time to time. I would give it more stars if I didnt have wait in line so long to order. The drive through is very quick here and we do enjoy picking it up on the go. If only all to go customers would use the drive through, it would make it quicker for everybody.

Walked in and ordered a 12 piece meal. They tried to give me 4 pieces of old chicken while I waited for the rest. Really. 5:30 in the afternoon and not ready for dinner crowd. Mr seemed massive faire about it. Will not return.

Yesterday June 2015 they were fast. Today I had to wait a little. The popcorn chicken is good but the biscuits were undercooked on the inside. Pure mass not bread. The barbecue sauce is good for dipping the biscuits too.

I ordered 2 $5 fill up Famous KFC bowl meals. I also asked for another large popcorn chicken. I didnt receive it but I went back and told them what happened and they made sure to make it perfect. I appreciated it.

The chicken is old cooked and nasty and the workers are very slow I waste my money buying chicken there and put into the garbage and the workers touch the chicken without gloves.
