Order# 318/1 At 9:10pm I placed an order, the server was pleasant and nice, took the order like shes suppose to. I requested my fries be put in a box as this normally increases the portion a bit and I really like Popeyes fries. When the Manager on duty handed me the food and I got it, I asked if the fries were boxed and she said no, understandable as it could just be a franchise thing. Nonetheless, she said she could take them and put them in a box then rudely and bluntly did so exclaiming it wont increase the portion. Well duh, youre just dumping them from the bag to the box and did so despite the fact I was being understanding and now youre manhandling my food. Fries were really stale and tasted old and the unsweet tea tasted spoiled. My companion and I both got extra tenders though, instead of just a three piece we got five or six each, nice on our end besides your food cost. We also ate in the laundry room of the TA because it was cleaner then Popeyes lobby. That and the food is over priced for such small portions. Ended up tossing most the food away, didnt even ask for my money back because Id rather eat the cost and never going back to that Popeyes again instead of dealing with them seeing as how unprofessional I was treated and the quality overall. The people in the back of the TA, cleaning the showers and running the towels were awesome, nice people.

Me and three others went into this restaurant expecting good food since we were hungry, walked in and waited probably 10-15 minutes and finally got waited on. Our cashier was nice. We ordered a chicken combo, two chicken tender combos, and a popcorn shrimp combo. We got our shrimp and it didnt even look cooked, wasnt devained, and had the tail. My peers found that pretty unappetizing. The chicken tender taste overall was fair, even though the breading looked and felt like oatmeal, the chicken felt like rubber. The macaroni and cheese was disgusting and seem "crusted". This restaurant is not a good restaurant to attend.

The mashed potatoes were kinda watery, so I exchanged them for the cajun fries.. Which ended up being a room temperature & soggy.. The chicken was actually piping hot, but that doesnt change the fact that I had awful stomach pains UNTIL I threw up roughly 3 hours after eating.. This is the 2nd time that this location has given me food poisoning.. Ive finally learned my lesson.. Ill never eat at a Popeyes again..

I would like to say that our server Billie Jean should be reconized for her curtious ways and a smile that could make you feel like at home..Me and my husband was impressed.We are truck drivers and we love to eat at Popeyes but we never really get good service until today.We will definitely be back tonight..Thank you Again.

Waited 23 minutes listening to constant beeping and Still did not have my 5 piece meal with Cajun rice, Cajun fries and 2 biscuits. Had to ask for my money back. Nobody gave a flip. No-Im sorry, no-can we get you something to eat until you get to the next exit, Nothing. Now were late AND starving!

Used to love this place. Got my chicken home tonight, and it just wasnt right. Breading wasnt done and was faling off. Reminiscent of being partially cooked in the microwave. Staff didnt look overly hygienic either. Must be a new crew there. Guthries is my new chicken joint.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. After paying for it, it was given to me in a reasonable amount of time and the portions were just the right amount to fill my stomach without making me gain weight, Im sure. Two thumbs up and five stars Popeyes!

I like their spicy chicken, buy the area where the food is prepared is unorganized and not very clean. Also, trying to get in and especially back out of parking there is very difficult and unsafe.
