Been here before on several occasions when we lived in the area. Havent been here in about a year and my fiancé surprised me with a trip here for my birthday. The overall service was poor especially for it to be a weeknight and virtually no other customers to wait on. The waitress didnt greet us, she only said "2" as in number of guests. Then as we were seated she didnt even introduce herself and proceeded to aggressively prepare the oil mixture for the bread basket. We felt rushed the first time we were asked to place an order and then were waiting for quite sometime for our server to finally return, again it was just us and one other table who were already being waited on. We finally got our food and bread, the chicken Alfredo soup was decent at best, the calzone didnt taste fresh, the bread was just ok and my water was disgusting, it tasted like Alka-seltzer. When it was time to get the bill we received a very abrupt parting of "Here you go", and she just walked away. No one else told us have a good night or anything. We WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Went here the other night with my husband and two kids. The server seemed clueless. We asked if we could order for our kids first while we decided so we could get them settled and after we ordered, she said "do you want me to wait for the rest of you or put it in now??" Also, I didnt get my salad with my meal because I also ordered soup, she said "oh, I just swapped it out." Im a waitress and she should have asked if I wanted the soup instead of the salad or in addition to the salad. Also, the food wasnt very good. The sauce tasted like regular out of the jar sauce and I was not impressed with the fact that the side of sausage I ordered for my children was pretty spicy, not to mention cut up and put in one of their meals. On the postive, the decor was nice, and the owners did a great job of putting paper on the tables for the kids to draw on. But, rest assured, I will NOT be going back here... oh well, everything is worth a try once, right???

After picking my kids up from school on Thursdays we normally eat here. After today, we want be back. A roach fell on our table right next to my soup and salad. I paid for my food and still tipped. The catcher is, although I did NOT yell, become upset or make it noticeable to the other Guests. The store manager that was notified and present did not walk up to us at all nor apologized. I was offered some to-go containers. Unbelievable!! We want be back although I will miss the soup.

I was here years ago and remembered the food as having been very good. .just as good as olive garden. Wow what a difference time makes. Todays experience was terrible. Our waitress had to have been new. She brought appetizers and bread and looked surprised when I asked for appetizer plates. My tea lemonade mix had no lemonade. My fiancees water with lemon had no lemon. Food was very bland..almost flavorless.. awful experience. Desert was good tho...oh and atmosphere was pretty mellow. .

I really like this place. I prefer it over Pasta Bella. My son (9 y/o) loves their Chicken Alfredo and their Italian bread. Well, we all love that bread! I really love their Jambalaya, its really delicious. My wife loves the Chicken Marsala. This place is great with just you and a friend or with a big group, we have showed up with 20+ and they know how to handle it. $1 beer (2 options nice cold mug!) on Saturday dont hurt either! If you havent yet you need to stop by and check them out.

Really good bang for the buck and quality! Great customer service. Caesar salad was a little too heavy on the dressing. Spaghetti was really good, the pesto chicken pizza was wow out of this world amazing. Best pizza weve had in quite a bit of time!! We also shared a chocolate cake which was super rich and heavy! Would certainly visit this place again!!

Im so mad at myself! Ive been living in Austell for 5 years and I always say that I am going to stop by one day. Well I finally did the other day and I wish I had come here a long time ago. I will no longer go to Olive Garden. The bread is so soft and good and they keep bringing it out. The soup and lasagna I had was awesome. The tea was very good too.

I was served by Jennie she was awesome and was really personable. Went here with my friend the other night to discuss business matters. And the setting was great you can see straight to the back of the kitchen where they make your pizza fresh. Lots of verity of pastas. And the bread... Thats bread was rolled by Gods hands himself. Go go go !

We love Italian Oven and frequent the restaurant almost once a week. Weve tried others in the area but keep coming back to it. The pizza is baked in a fire oven and includes fresh ingredients. Our favorite pasta is the Pastapalooza . Also, their tomato basil soup is great as well. What we love most about the restaurant is the bread!!!

We decided to try this place on a whim and honestly, we left a little disappointed. My pasta was extremely plain and lacked any real flavor. Our server wasnt exactly the brightest crayon in the box, and the atmosphere was lackluster at best - not exactly the first place that will come to mind for our next date night.

Service was ok. Food could have been much better....bland. The waitress I had a nose ring, blue-green hair, and hands were stained the same color. Definitely not some one I would hire to work in my restaurant. Her service was ok. Bread plates not provided when bread was served. As expected, I will not return.

The chicken alfredo soup (yuuum, I go just for this soup!) and the bread they provide is all you need. Ive been here a lot and its difficult to find anything good on their pasta menu. Good pizza though!! I would recommend checking it out. Stay away from the blue crab ravioli

The fried zucchini appetizer is extremely delicious! We have never had a bad meal in the 20 yrs we have been coming here. The salad is always fresh. The pastas are perfectly cooked. And the Tiramisu is devine! The service is always friendly too!

I like this place, but its odd. Not the kind of place where you order beer, more of a wine place, a certain Olive Garden feel in that respect, but feels like a fine dining cafeteria. I like the food, though, and the service is good.

The service is always excellent and the freshness of the food is what keeps me coming back for more. The chicken and spinach pizza is awesome for those of us who like to keep in healthy. I also recommend the chicken marsala.
