As a regular customer and never in a hurry , I have no complaints. However, in my opinion a drive thru window is the dumbest idea they ever had. Especially when orders arent ready for pickup and they ask customers to pull around and come in. Not to mention the window associate is also the front register person, who by the way is not a full time position. So on some nights the servers are supposed to host, drive thru, and cash out guests, serve and bus tables. Many times a bottle neck occurs at the front door with pickups,walk ins and drive thru coming in. Servers just trying to keep their head above water in the back with orders only to come out and be greeted by disgruntled guests that take it out on them as if it were personal. So stop stiffing your servers because you think you received poor service when in fact your complaint should be with the General Manager for poor forecast scheduling and staying understaffed most of the time.

you wont find a better lunch pizza buffet. great real restaurant feel inside and good food for a couple bucks!($4.99 plus $1.99 drink or just the buffet for $5.99) the servers were courteous and kept our table clean. there wasnt a huge selection of pizza and the slices were small-ish but it was still good quality pizza for buffet food, pasta, garlic bread and cinnamon bun sides, includes a fresh garden salad brought to your table. i was honestly surprised and expected something akin to Cicis cardboard pizza and gross boring unclean tables, instead its airy inside and they had tvs on every wall with all different types of programs on. i would definitely go again and regularly if they can maintain the service and quality.

Had a gluten free pizza and added cheese, I had to ask if they doubled the cheese it was so thin, they also added 1.50 for extra cheese. My husband had a pizza that didnt taste good, with two waters, cost $28.87 for the two of us. Will not go back. And to top it off it was .Y birthday, what a way to end a great day!!!!!

It was horrible. We ordered and ended up waiting a whole hour just for them to tell us they deleted our order and that they needed to retake it. It was a waste of my time. I guess their way of appreciating their customers is forgetting them.

When I visited, the cashier was sweeping and went directly to prepare food with no gloves. She didnt washed her hands. She was in a hurry to clean for the night. Gross!
