Rudest place ever Ive waited two hours and now the delivery driver is refusing to come. I dont know if the belleville location is a francise but this is intolerable and i would like a call from corporate for the poor hiring decisions of the staff. Very unhappy. Ive waited an hour and a half for my order and live less that 10 minutes away. I didnt call for an hour which is when i found out my order was not in the system. Thirty minutes later a manager calls woth laughter saying they had the wrong number amd will be here later. I am highly upset. This is horrible theyre lucky i rated a 1. Highly unsatisfied.

Its Popeyes chicken, so you know exactly what to expect no matter what location you visit. I have to give this four stars because of the service though. The line was all the way back to the door, yet I was in and out without waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Thinking of other fast food places, I was expecting with 99.9% certainty that my order would be incorrect since they were in the middle of a huge rush, but they got it all right. Added bonus that its pretty close to my apartment and Im obsessed with the spicy tenders.

Walk in yesterday, i had a coupon for $23 good date in my cell phone as screen shot. I was told by the cashier that I have to print the coupon and then she can take my order. What a joke, they just lost one customer. What a poor customer service. We are living on electronic world right now not everybody has a printer at home. This place is sucks. I went in Popeye Harrison NJ a little further to my home but it is worth cashiers are so nice and they honor my electronic coupon.

This is my go to Popeyes. Food always comes out nice and hot, never over cooked. Restaurant is clean, staff has always been friendly to me. My only gripe is that the prices seem to go up every time I go, and I probably visit every other month. If you have been to a Popeyes before this is one of the better examples in the area.

Al (picture below) welcomed us. He was so nice, happy and courteous on a Sunday night at 9:00 pm. This was my first visit to this popeye. Als attitude made sure that I will come here in the future as well. Harrison and Bloomfield popeyes lost my business. :-( The ambience was great. The sitting plane was clean.

I give one star to this location in particular, compared to other locations this one sucks, service is very unprofessional and inmature and the food quality is below average compared to other Popeyes locations, they should send the crew to train with the Harrison crew. Thats my location from now on
