Weve eaten here quite a few times. Olive Garden is one of our favorite restaurants. Staff here are friendly. Its easy to get into. Its not as busy as the one near Hamilton Place, so there is less waiting. My family is vegetarian, but despite the fact that most of the items on the menu contain meat, there are enough vegetarian options that we can always get enough. The minestrone soup is great, we love the salad — we could almost fill up just on that — and there are a handful of other dishes we like, besides the create your own pasta.

I hate the ziosk table thing for calling your waiters to your table, its a good restaurant with usually good to great service bad. Lazy waiters dont even try now and the good ones are starting to depend on it. Ate there today and was about 15 minutes where I didnt see a single waiters or waitress on the floor so I had to use the stupid ziosk to call my waiter for a glas of tea. Really lazy...........

The service was AWFUL!! We went to the bar to eat and couldnt even get a menu. When I went to grab one myself, and very politely said to the bar tender that I was gonna grab one because he was busy, he actually rolled his eyes at me and wouldnt speak. When he finally took our drink order, he never came back. We finally just got up and left. Wont be going back any time soon, thats for sure.

The food is really great but it would be nice if someone told me that comes too much food. I went there with my dad and we had to bring food to the hotel because we ordered an appetizer (fried mussarela), salad, cheese ravioli and another main course which I forgot. A lot of food! I could share with 2 more people!

My husband and I love Olive Garden in Hixson! Our past two visits we have had a waitress named Lacey and she is wonderful. Even on a day like today (mothers day) which is a very hectic day for most restaurants she made us feel like her only table. Cant say enough good things about her!

Tomite was such a great experience.. olive Garden took my favorite iff menu, so not much i want anymore. But tonite Giovanni our server helped me create my own..and it was amazing as well as his service.. Giovanni was the best server ever had here!! Thank you! Great dinner!!!

Nice amdiounce, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Over priced. No lunch on weekends. Food was standard chain restruant food. Nice presentation, but sudpar taste. Wont be back for a while, there are better options for this price.

This is a great place to come when you want to sit back and enjoy a good meal have a good drink enjoy the environment if youre getting invited to wait on you but other than that is a pretty good place to come

First time I have been back since the price switch incident. If you order online (esp - Breadsticks, Soup, & Salad ToGo) check the price when you p/u your food to make sure they are not switching prices.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was incredible. We arrived as the doors were opening and within minutes the restaurant was full. It was a very pleasant experience.

Our server, Jasmine, did a great job! She was personable and attentive to our needs as I ate with my Mom. We split the Tour of Italy and couldnt finish it between the two of us. Cant beat the food!!

Had a wonderful lunch 2day. We were seated immediately. Salad, soup n breadsticks were delicious. Had a coupon 4 appetizer n half off dessert. Flatbread pizza n Zeppoles finished off the meal.

Good to eat in but be sure to call ahead over an hour for to-go orders ( and you may have to wait even then). The last two orders to-go took over 1 1/2 hours after being told 30 minutes
