My family loves this restaurant, but today we ordered online and had a very poor experience. It takes us 20 mins to get to this location. We arrived 20 mins before our order was due to ensure we were on time. We checked in at the pickup window and expected to wait. However, the staff did not make any additional effort to move our ticket up in the line. The chef started assembling our order 5 minutes before it was due. He ultimately delivered our order to use 5 minutes late. I got the distinct impression that he was annoyed that we arrived early. He treated us like we were inconveniencing him from his routine of serving walk-in customers. When he had assembled our order, he handed us the bags and told us, "I just want you to know that there were a lot of specific requests on this order so I made it myself. It will be right because I am an attention to detail kind of guy." Well, we are very sorry for using the options that were available on your website to assemble our order. We had no idea that a side of calamari and some black olives on a bowl of pasta would put you out. Its not like we had just spent $60 on takeout or anything.

I...freakin...love...Piada. The food is so delicious. The only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is because I have run into a couple issues here and there. Its really hard to build something on your own (like a bowl, salad, or piada) because nothing is really labeled, so you just kinda point or guess. Doesnt really bother me much, though, because I offer one of the three pre-made ones off the menu. My boyfriend gets frustrated though because he likes to build his own.

This used to be one of my favorites. However the food quality and staff have gone down over the last year. The vegetables used to be fresh, the people used to be friendly and used to care about service. Now they consistently do not correctly prepare the menu items, just randomly and sloppily put together your meal. Plus they are always having random side conversations and always seem confused.

Someone got me a $25 giftcard here so I went twice. Both times I ordered online and both times they botched my order. This past time I got pesto pasta and they must of forgot the pesto...was very dry and flavorless, the pasta was also chewy and seemed like itd been sitting around a while. Overall I think its overpriced and Id much rather just make pasta from a box at home...wont be coming back

Food was good. Its a "Chipotle of Italian sandwiches". The service was sub par. Perhaps it was my fault for going on a Sunday, but the staff was a little unfriendly and unwilling to explain the options. The "shift manager" literally rolled his eyes at us when we said it was our first time here. Id go back for the food, just not the attitude.

Its what pasta should have been all along for lunch. Very quick and reasonably-priced. $9 for a huge portion including a protein. Get the spicy sauce. Its not overly hot but has a pleasant kick. The meatballs are excellent. I never felt like waiting 20 minutes and paying $15 at a sit-down pasta place made much sense.

I just ate at this place for the first time I went to the location on Mason Montgomery Road the food is wonderful I met Benjamin who was wonderful its nice to see an adult that is responsible making sure that things are running right for the customer he is a true asset to the company

Called to place order and the guy said we only take online orders...I was driving and not going to pull over to place the order. He begrudgingly took my order. My Piada was missing ingredients and it was made sloppy as well. This will be the first bad experience Ive had at Piada

Chipotle style ordering of Italian dishes (base of pasta, salad, or wrap) with addition of a chefs menu for recommended combination. I tweak one dish to create a Calamari Arrabiata pasta. Lobster Bisque soup is creamy and delicious. Order ahead, and just pick it up.

The server was incredibly friendly and provided good service, letting me know he recommended with a smile. I did a take out of the calamari piada and upon the first bite, I knew I had to give a positive review. I cant wait to go back. Cooked, Served, Delicious.

It is not a bad place to find yourself. You can get a burrito or bowl of pasta. Like Chipotle and Subway it does the build as you go. The food is good, but not really anything great. Still you can get in and out with a good meal at only a slightly elevated price.

It essentially is chipotle for Italian food. You get to pick what you want in your piada/pasta bowl and the food is high quality and delicious. Just try to come at non-peak times as lines do get long during the lunch rush!

If you love Piada you need to visit this place for sure. If you want to try something new you need to visit this place for sure. Very clean and hygienic.. Good Staffs... Reasonable rates... around 8$ for a good Piada!

Setup like qdoba or Chipotle but with Italian food. We had the chicken basil pasta and it was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and portion size was generous. Would definitely come back
