A year ago i gave a review of 5stars and below is what i said...however in the last 2-3 months it seems like the staff change has been so often and everything is chaotic when i go in. I have gone in at all different times wanting the same thing every time and theyre always way behind and never have what i want. Im so dissapointed. Im a huge fan of the taste of Brooklyn bros. But i cant come in anymore. Ive asked if they will be making a pizza and setting it out for slices soon... I get the same reply every time. " no, we dont have anything set to go out yet, we are way behind on orders...". All i want is 2 slices of cheese. I dont want to be forced into buying an entire pizza just because they cant keep up with the orders.. sorry BB, it was good while it lasted. Amaze-balls! I have been going to BB for years when hey were at the everett location. Im so glad they made it into mukilteo dangerously too close to my house!! Ill blame my weight gain on them :) suh good pizza and the staff is amazing

Dined in to this place several times. Food has always been good, although its not the best food value and the staff seems to try to take on a NY attitude... Not the friendliest bunch. My last experience with them, I tried to place an order for pickup. Called 40 minutes before they closed, got put on hold. 10 minutes on hold later I hung up and called back and got put on hold a second time. 5 minutes before they closed (yes, 35 minutes total hold time), I called them on a second phone and they told me they were closed. I continued to stay on hold until after they closed and they never picked up. If you dont want the business or are too overwhelmed, dont put people on hold, save us both the trouble and just tell people you arent taking any more orders! I found this absolutely absurd but on par with the attitude the employment has in the store.

There really isnt an honest star rating for the trip to this Pizzeria that my family of 6 and myself ate at, as a last minute decision leaving the Mukilteo beach. 45.00 for an 18" pizza and 6 cups of soda! we waited 30 minutes for our food that couldnt even give everyone 2 slices. The syrup ran out of the soda machine and it was too much effort for the management to fix the problem before we got up and left the store. This, even after being given a second cup to replace the first and accompanied by an attitude from the man making the pizza in the back ground, once again without syrup. Customer service has much to be desired and I agree with others reviews. Once youve lived on the east coast.. people out here should be aware of what they advertise. Pizza Pipeline in IDAHO did a better job.

한판 시키셔도되지만 좀 짤겁니다 하지만 다 맛있었구요 한 슬라이스만 셀렉크해서 드셔도 좋습니다 주변 버스 정류장에서 113번 타시면 린우드tc까지 금방가고 보잉도 15분거리라 금방 가서 견학도합니다! 맞는편에 존스 슈퍼가있는데 사장님이 한국분이셔요!!

First of all, I am always treated with utmost of courtesy by the staff. Now lets talk about the Pizza, I am originally from New York City and the best Pizza ever is from New York. Now I have known Vickie the owner of Brooklyn Brothers since they opened ,Good People, she is from Brooklyn . I drive sixteen miles one way to get my needs met, I would drive fifty miles to take care of my unique condition called craving. It don the get better!

This place is two blocks from my house. Its expensive, and the sauce isnt all that great, light on the meat. Crust is alright. I ordered over the phone was told 10 mins, I showed up 10 mins later, they hadnt even put in the oven yet. So I had to wait another 15 mins for my pizza. You know thats why I called ahead. And the last time I was at this place they didnt have anything but Stevia to sweeten my ice tea with. Gack.

This pizza is delicious! This isnt the best pizza Ive ever tasted but it has the New York style down pat. As a native New Yorker I give this place a stamp of approval. The fact that they sell by the slice also is a huge plus. I personally dont think places should advertise their pizza as New York style if they dont sell by the slice. Also the pizzas have great names like Bay Ridge and the Hudson.

not even close to new york pizza. they need to go there and see before calling it brooklyn. most of new york pizzerias offer many more toppings and also chicken rolls. every time i come to this one they always font have the pizza i want. the trays are always empty. pizza is paper thin barely any dough. new york pizza is not paper thin or burned its thin crust but not paper

Telling you customer they should use a fork and knife next time they try and eat your calzone . (Because they brought it back to you and asked for a refund or another calzone)is not good business. You messed up the calzone.. you put in the smallest amount of ingredients. Mozzarella could barely be found.. Its the main ingredient in a calzone.. please see photos below...

Ive been a fan of Brooklyn Bros since their original Everett location opened years back. The Mukilteo restaurant is bigger with more convenient parking. The pizza itself is authentic thin crust NY style pizza, which is exceedingly hard to find in this area. I moved to the Seattle area from Long Island 18 years ago and this is the best pizza Ive found so far.

We ordered our pizza for pickup and were told 30-40 min, I showed up 40 min later and was told that I needed to wait 15 more minutes! We received our pizza-undercooked and flavorless! Anyone that has had NY style pizza knows that this IS NOT NY Style! We gave this place a 2nd try after a similar experience several months back...never again will we be back.

Great customer experience and will take care of you if youve had any dissatisfaction. As far as the pizza and Gelato...... AMAZING. Recently had a small issue that was taken care of immediately and was even given some free food for my troubles. Micheal ....The manager was very helpful with correcting my concerns, as is all the staff Ive dealt with as well. A+

Stopped for lunch, awesome pies and great ready-slice selection. Dont know what some of these other reviewers were expecting, but prices were reasonable (better than NYC prices!), pies were awesome, and service was great. I tried a slice of the Village Margheria, a slice of Carnarsie and a slice of Sicillian. Ill definitely be back!

It is honest New York pizza. The best weve had in the Northwest, and my family is mostly from New York. They sell by the slice, the place smells just right, and the pie is really good. Employees are always friendly and helpful, and Ive never had a bad experience. What more is there to ask for?

Time for a real review here. BB is definitely the best damn pizza place in Mukilteo and probably even the North Seattle area. Hands Down. The crust, ingredients, and everything is phenomenal! The employees that work here are friendly and joyful. The best part, free games on the pacman machine.
