I go there once about every 6 months. For the last couple of years, the restaurant has changed little by little for the worse. The food, service, and higher price have just culminated into the perfect storm of what I dont want in a dining out experience. Its really just subtle things that have changed over the years. First it was the service, the staff seems more interested in each other then the customers. I have seen this more and more everywhere, but here its just too obvious. There timing is just off due to that fact. I am sure there are good ones here somewhere I just get stuck with those who arent. Then came the food/quality issues, you can just tell something is amiss. Our last meal consisted of bread delivered without plates. The bread is still good by the way. Followed by a salad with bitter greens, the waitress told me she just made the salad. I said I understand that, but the produced used wasnt fresh. Oh well our food arrived a minute after the salad. The pasta was undercooked and the sauce was par but sparse. It wasnt like the food is horrible just not as good as others in the area. So $40 some odd dollars later, looking at the bill I decided that it will be a long time if never that I come here again. I will go to Pascals, drive to newnan for Olive Garden, or just pick up a can of spaghetti os (more sauce and meat) for a better experience.

We went to Italian Oven PTC as we have many times for Mothers Day dinner and many other occasions. Sadly, this time it wasnt my first choice due to a less than great experience at Christmas time. Unfortunately from the start our server was unfriendly and inattentive. Then in the middle of our dinner someone associated with the restaurant (didnt identify himself) came to our table asking if we would mind if he moved our table about 6"! I had food in my mouth, my 89 year old father and 85 year old mother had a forks full of food poised to put into their mouths! Before anyone could explain what was going on to my elderly parents, his hands were gripping the side of the table! Moments later tables were set up for a very large group directly next to us. As the group began to sit down, the unidentified restaurant employee came back again asking if we would like any to go boxes!! I said "We are still eating!" After ruining our dinner we were ignored until time to pay the bill. Our original server never returned. Upon returning our card and receipt my daughter expressed her disappointment with the experience due to the rude interruptions. His response was to make excuses and offer us a free dessert, no apology. We declined the dessert. Our dinner only totaled $90, not worth their time, courtesy or effort. We wont be back.

Quality of the lasagne doesnt compare to most Ive had an oddly mine was not easy to cut with a fork on all corners. The caesar salad taste and quality didnt compare as well. You also have to love rock like croutons and get use to sore gums for a while. The shrimp in the fettucine pasta was under cooked if you arent used to that. The server (M) was smart, speed of service was great and she was pretty realistic about our experience except that maybe she hadnt tried many types of croutons. The first mgr. maybe-that came to our table may have lacked in his customer service skills because he didnt understand our intentions, his goal was make "em" pay for something even considering all this (if that is company policy-there should be more discretion), while the second manager(B) maybe the "big dawg" for the day-gave me that grass-root kind of guy feeling I like. He was more helpful and tried to make it work for us. But from my perspective that would not be a wise investment for them. I look around and people were happy and that was good. I understand now better that you just cant please everyone, hopefully there are no hard feelings even after this. I may go back one year. The cook may have botched most of this and then again quality is in the eye of the beholder. Now off to try to eat again. 5 25 13 Ross

Food has gone downhill. I have been a customer here for over 10 years. The food used to be flavorful and the portions were great. We dined there last night and it was awful. I ordered the Tuscan chicken ($15) which is a a stuffed chicken breast with pasta. My food was brought to me in under 15 minutes. It was so rubbery that I sent it back. Feeling the need to be fair, I ordered the chicken parmigiana. Same issue. After giving our server the chicken and asking her to cut into it, she immediately saw the issue. The chicken is boiled and then dressed and fried. Once that is done, they cook the pasta and then microwave the entire dish to reheat. The result is food that would only be good as a doggy chew. They do not season anything and if you go for lunch expect one tomato slice in your endless salad. Such a shame, it uses to be great.

Good old fashioned Italian food. Parking is excellent. Service from start to finish is wonderful. Pricing is decent. Decor is nice, the place is quite large and Im sure can be packed and noisy during busy periods. They will make your pizza to your EXACT specifications, which is awesome. As was our pizza. Their marinara sauce is good, their meatballs were juicy and plump, so is the sausage. Didnt have time to try any desserts, so that will be next time. Good stuff.

This place is a nice restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices and friendly service. Never have to wait for a table. This location has a more open layout than the Stockbridge location. Only two downsides are that the pasta usually gives you heartburn because of how much oil they use while cooking it and they dont serve alcohol on Sundays like their Stockbridge location does because it is in Fayette county.

I always order the same thing because I love it. Tonight it was not good, no flavor and the pasta was weird looking and tasting. I asked was it whole wheat by mistake, waitress said no. I filled up on salad and bread instead. Was so very disappointed. This is usually my favorite restaurant. My husbands meal was fine.

Had dinner this evening. The service (Megan) was excellent. I am limited to what I can eat because of medical problems they have a variety of healthy items on the menu I can enjoy. My wife and I were very happy with our service and the food.

The food honestly wasnt that good, the server was alright, and the salad didnt come until after the entree. The salad tasted like Halloween candy, and not at all in a good way... I wont be coming back.

Service was great! I always enjoy the warm french bread dipped in their seasoned oil and grated parmesean cheese. The large salad bowls we shared were freshly prepared.
