I have enjoyed Chicken Bonz immensely over the past 6 or 7 years. I can only give a 3 star due to the seemingly uncleanliness of the eatery. Mark my words; you WILL walk out smelling of greasy fried chicken! Ive also noticed that the breading on the chicken seems to have changed recently to, Im guessing, a more "organic" version of its original self. The breading is very thin unlike the old version that was more like original recipe KFC. Also a point of note; keep an eye on your receipt! Due to my own laziness in filling out the receipt I was once charged a $10 tip. It appears that someone had written in a "phantom" tip on my receipt and totalled it themselves! NO BUENO!!!! Ended up filing a claim with my credit card company for the "error". LOL.

Weve been going here since it opened and usually love the food and staff. Tonight we were only able to get two baskets of out of oir all you can eat wings. The staff was slow (and unfriendly) before they started yelling about "last call". Apparently they stop giving you baskets 15 minutes before they close? Im really unhappy about the service and how snobby the staff was when we were confused about not being able to finish dinner up to close. Other customers were frustrated and I heard the staff talking crap by the register.

Got the chicken tenders and a burger, the burgers was served on toasted whitebread and didnt even have mustard mayo or ketchup, dry as "bonz".. The chicken tenders were extremely tough and chewy, waste of my money - if I wanted overcooked chicken strips I could make them myself, and make much better fries. For some inexplicable reason there isnt any diet soda choice, either - but hey two Pepsis to choose from! Save your money and go to Carls Jr instead, it wont take 25 minutes to get your food.

Hands down the best wing spot!!! I Go to Arizona State University and havent found a wing place that even comes close to Chicken Bonz!! Buffalo Wild Wings is mediocre at best: wings are small, food is cold when it finally arrives, over-priced, and always a disappointment. Chicken Bonz has exceptional wings that are huge, always hot and fresh, and amazing sauces. The all you can eat wings is an exceptional value and never gets old. Save yourself the disappointment of BWW and eat at Chicken Bonz.

Just ordered five boneless, no drink, no fries and was charged $7.95 even though the website prices havent changed. I called and was told it was because prices went up because minimum wage went up. How about letting customers know by posting correct pricing in the store as well as on your website? An increase of over $2.00 per plate to cover your overhead is a little excessive dont you think let alone posting inaccurate pricing. Looks like I need to submit a review online.

Must be a new chef. Last time I ate here it was amazing. Super juicy and awesome fries. They gave me some chicken jerky that was mostly batter and half cups of sauce to help it go down along with what appears to be left over fries from lunch. Maybe just caught them at a bad time, not sure. Its usually the best chicken Ive ever had. If your gonna eat here. Make sure its not too far past lunch.

I would have given a 4, maybe even a 5, because the chicken is amazing. However, I called my order in ahead of time, was told 15 minutes. I got there in 15, it wasnt ready. Then a few minutes after I was there, a couple came in and ordered a to go order, not only did they order 20 minutes after I did, they still got their order before me.

LOVE chicken bonz. Buffalo Wild Wings just opened in springfield.. Doesnt touch Bonz!! By FAR the best atmosphere, chicken wings, and fries around. Not to mention the AWESOME staff that works there. They are super friendly and definitely have never told me no to any request I have come up with. Two thumbs up to these guys. They rock.

If you order anything but chicken in a place called "Chicken Bonz" you deserve what you get. The chicken baskets are excellent for a greasy guilty pleasure. Please ignore the "best burger" add on the window, get some bonz. Seating is packed and table cleanliness varies with the preceding customer volume and table manners.

Owner is way chill, but what makes this place so great is the workers "Melissa" and "James " coolest peeps and work hard. & you cant forget about the $1 beers just went from 12 ozs to 16 ozs +++ awesome! Love it and the chicken has always been really good. Wish the owner would bring back the punch

The sherwood chicken bonz was very clean and fast service. The people seem to know what they are selling. Seating was a little crowded but that is what you should expect when it first opens. Styrofoam cups is a no no for me, but Im not a tree hugger. Over all get the Damn hot chicken Lmao.

BEST CHICKEN EVER!!! I love this place. Its perfect to bring your friends and have a beer, eat some wings, listen to some music. Have a contest with your buddies how many wings can you eat. (Jonathan "Super" Squibb won the wing bowl with 255 wings.) LOVE THIS PlACE.

I tried the chicken tenders and the chicken wings which I do not consider chicken wings they have the miniature wings. The tenders were good, didnt care so much for the wings and the fries were really good as well. The BBQ sauce was good and the sweet chili sauce.

i went into the restaraunt with an open mind untill i sat down and realized ALL the open tables were dirty. when the food came the fries tasted like they the potatoes were never washed. my burger was cold and worst of all Da Bonz had hair tangled into the chicken

This is one of the hottest chicken restaurants Ive seen in a long time. Its hip but cool calm and collected as well if you dine in. Often very very busy but thats just because of the Excellence they display. Very well-liked with the college crowd.

The chicken was just like any other place with chicken, they didnt season it just cooked it. I got their regular sauce and it tasted horrible, just vinegar. The fries we the small long kind so they had more grease on them then most fries.

Great staff who are always happy to help if something is wrong with your oder. Theyre always playing the best music which makes it a calm relax hangout spot to eat at. Great family restaurant and an amazing place to bring friends.

Everything has to much vinegar. Would recomment in order buffallo wild wings, toxic wings, and hot mamas over bonz any day i only would go there if i want to absolutely gorge myself on bread and 40% less meat than buffalo

This is a favorite of mine, but I would highly suggest getting bone-in wings, or bonz my favorite is the honey BBQ but all their flavors are good. Really good atmosphere, Ive come many times and will go many more.

Always have loved this place - great food and atmosphere! Dave, Frankie, Rosie, Amanda and the rest of the staff are incredible and genuinely appear to enjoy their job. Cannot recommend them enough - phenomenal!

Chicken quality is super poor, staff are all unhappy and never smile! Not the chicken bonz I came to love 10 years ago! Maybe different owner, who knows! Pick it up chicken bonz consumers are not dumb....
