We were driving through Hogansville and thought we should eat so we stopped at Nikkos. After our meal came out the owner/Chef came out and sat down across from us. He was having a conversation with a customer and the owner was getting agitated. He started making comments about how Muslims are taking over and that they all should be killed. My mother looked up at him when he said this statement for the third time. At that time he asked my mother if she disagreed with him and she said "Yes, I do". He asked if she was a cop and she said no. So he said you are done here and pick her plates up took them to the kitchen and said you need to leave my restaurant. We had just gotten our food when he came out so we were not even close to being done. The owner is very rude and aggressive towards his customers. I would not recommend going to this place to eat. You dont know what kind of situation you might find yourself in.

1 star because we never actually got to eat. Waited at least 20 minutes (probably more like 35, but it was a while before we looked at the time) and, despite seeing several open tables, we never even offered the chance to sit and have a glass of water. Another family waiting with us was eventually seated and we were told then "just a minute". Since there was another table already set and ready, we gave it another 10 minutes before we gave up. The food looked good as it passed us, and Nikos is probably a nice place for locals or if you have a lot of time, but its definitely not an option for a dinner on the road unless you have at least 1.5 hours.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. To be honest I am not even sure how they are still open in such a small town. We were not greeted when we entered, we waited patiently for about 15 minutes to be seated at one of the open tables but no, nothing. I finally asked if we could take a seat and she told me no. She then told me I needed to move out of the way because I was blocking the aisle, not true. We finally got so fed up we ended up walking out. It was absolutely ridiculous. I will never return and will tell anyone who asks what a truly terrible experience we had.

Go hungry, they have a big plate of food for very reasonable price. Give you bread to eat while you wait for your order. Free refill of your drink. Go soon they while be closing their doors by the end of June 2017. Owners very friendly couple. Very close to downtown with great shops and local business. A antiquers and train lovers paradise right next door and within walking distance to both. Lovely views from where Nikos is on the hill.

If driving through Hogansville, and you would probably drive past the place without realizing what an amazing place it is. The inside is somewhat small but I think it adds experience. The food portions or humongous the prices are Beyond reasonable. But better than everything is the food itself! Every time we have family from out of town this is always our go to it we are never disappointed

Great people . Great food. Many people get accustom to eatting fast food and do not know what is to wait 15 min. for good food. This is not fast food; this good fresh home cooking that takes more than 2 min. If you want good food and good atmosphere. Set and enjoy your food and family. If you want fast food. Drive through. McDonalds.

Both the owner and his wife are amazingly sweet, great conversationalists, and very very funny, not to mention food that is beyond impossibly good and in large portions that are deffinatly share-able, it reminds me of eating at home with my grandparents, I will very deffinatly be coming back and bringing many more people with me.

Great place to stop when riding. Just off main near RR tracks. Mix of Greek and american, very friendly, comfortable and clean, moderately busy at lunch but youll find a seat no problem. I will stop again. Price was around 11 dollars for Reuben, fries and a drink. Touch high but place has ambiance.

Great authenic Greek food, but the Italian dishes are my favorites. Eggplant parm, fettuccini alfredo, spaghetti & meatballs - hard to decide! I can usually get at least one full meal from the leftovers I always take home. I love this place! And the burgers & fries are amazing!

Excellent selection of food. The food is great and tastes fresh. The portions are perfect. This is the only place around were I can find a delicious Monte Cristo. Everything I had there I have loved. The staff is very friendly. I stop in on my walks to pick up food.
