have never eaten inside a blue moon pizza before but I order from the one in west village pretty regularly do I was pretty disappointed in the service. I came in placed an order with the guy upfront at what looked like a cash register because I didnt know how they worked and got this condescending attitude from him and the waitress up at the front about the cost of adding 1 extra topping like they didnt think I could afford it or would have a problem paying more money for what I want. Obviously its extra so I was prepared to pay extra for it. Not only that, even after I said I wanted a medium pizza they kept suggesting I needed a personal size pizza without knowing who i was even buying the pizza, like because of my size Im to fat to buy what I want without judgement. After finally, taking my order the hostess seated me, and 5 minutes later a different waitress came to my table and began to take my order. I told her someone was already helping me because I had placed my order upfront and she said she would just go make sure my order was in. A few minutes later she told me that the guy who took my order did not put it in which, seemed a little rude but I decided to brush it off and order my meal again since I was already sitting. I ordered a half n half specialty pizza with bbq chicken and cheeseburger, specifically stating "cheeseburger." Again, I received judgement and criticism over the size of my pizza hinting towards my weight from this waitress which makes 3 people in this restaurant who apparently believe they can make judgements about a persons life just looking at them. After waiting x amount of minutes for my food to come, I go wash my hands and return to my table to immediately notice that half of this pizza is not what I ordered. I patiently tried to signal and get the waitresss attention before basically having to shout as she walked passed my table ignoring me waving at her. Upon letting her know that half of my order was wrong, she tried to make it sound as if I said my order wrong and only said a "hamburger pizza" and offered me 2 slices of pizza to make up for the HALF a pizza that was wrong instead of having them remake the half pizza. So i explained that didnt sound right and she went to get some random cute guy from the back to pretend he was the manager, presumably to charm me and smooth things because Im gay and Ill listen to man candy. So he comes out and basically offers me the same thing she just offered me and I just said fine because by this point I just wanted to eat in peace. Afterwards the new pizza comes out and I begin to eat but, the waitress makes it abundantly clear that I should hurry up, eat and leave. She came by several times to the table to rush me even taking my napkins away while I was still in the middle of eating. And even as i wrote this she even came by to take my checkbook before I even got around to putting money in it. Clearly, people like me are notFacebook welcome in a place like this even though the restaurant was pretty dead when i came in and has less customers nite while she is rushing me out even though she has yet to bus my dishes. This is really disgusting, my whole career has been in restaurants, from serving to cooking, this is NOT how you treat your guests, I dont understand this behavior at all.

I ordered a Margarita Pizza, asked them to add chorizo sausage & ricotta cheese which their topping cost an expensive $3.50 per topping. You would think if theyre going to charge that much for a topping that they would make sure toppings were correct. The driver came to my door Handed me the pizza I opened the box to check it first, they added pineapple & Italian sausage instead of the chorizo sausage that I specifically requested. I handed the driver back the pizza & was glad I had elected to pay cash when I ordered because I wont have to wait 5-7 business days to be refunded. I didnt give the driver anything money. I then called the restaurant spoke with mgr, he offered to remake it but I declined as I lost my appetite when I saw those pineapples. The mgr told me the driver was supposed to check that my food was correct...No. I think the cooks should of double checked. The driver should only be responsible for making sure he got the extras like drinks, condiments, dessert etc. I ordered from here a few days prior to this too. I ordered the classic pizza & a turtle cheese cake. The crust was kinda soggy Im guessing from the grease from the meat. I ate the slices that werent too soggy. It was pretty good though. The turtle cheese cake was ridiculously priced for such a skinny slice but very tasty. I was going to write a review that first time but didnt want my judgement to come from just one experience with them. Thats why I ordered again. Which I doubt there will be 3rd experience.

Decided to check this place out after browsing reviews online. The service was very warm and inviting and we felt at ease and welcome the entire time. There are several specialty pizzas as well as a wide selection of fresh ingredients available for the Create Your Own option. I ordered a margherita pizza, but they ran out of fresh basil and were forced to purchase some more. Because of this we did endure a long wait. Although we didnt complain, they took it upon themselves to give us the Unsatisfied Customer discount and we were given our pizzas and our drinks free of charge. We paid only for our portobello mushroom appetizer, which was not only delicious but was customised to our tastes without extra charge. Despite what our receipt said, we were very satisfied customers and hope to patronise this restaurant again!

We really enjoyed dining outside on the patio and people watching on a cool summer evening. The Greek salad was fresh with lots of olives, feta & peppers. It came with pita bread slices that made the salad almost like a fresh pizza itself. We also ordered the Greek pizza which came with fresh tomato sauce and toppings. It was quiet enough for conversation, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. I like the location in the newer urban condo- shopping area of West Village for easy parking, an avenue to walk afterwards and window shop. We were there on a Monday night, so the restaurant wasnt crowded. This was perfect for pizza and catching up with hubby. Medium pizza, two salads, one club soda and water came to thirty-five before tip. Will definitely go back.

I think Im so lucky because Blue Moon is a five minute drive from my house and I consider it the BEST pizza Ive ever had in Atlanta. I believe the cheese is shipped in from New York. Its the ONLY place I go for pizza. I kept telling my family in Peachtree City how good it is and finally after a couple of years, they drove up to meet me - of course thinking it wouldnt be worth the drive. Everyone went nuts over it, especially the kids. The only negative is theyre closed on Sundays. Ive never met anyone who didnt love Blue Moon
