Over the past couple years, I have easily spent $150 a month here buying pizza for my family. Always order 2-3 meats, 1 pepperoni, and 1 cheese. 40% of the time, they screw up the order...they always charge me the full amount of my order...but frequently give me the wrong food. Tonight was the last straw. They gave me 2 cheeses, 1 pep, and 1 three meat. They gave me the stack of pies in drive thru, so no time to check. Got home, wrong order again. Leave food for my family to get started on dinner for a school night and drive 15 minutes back with my receipt in hand. I ask the mgr for either 1 three meat or a refund of the 3 dollars they overcharged me. He refused to compensate anything without me bringing him all 4 whole pizzas as evidence. Congrats on losing $150 a month recurring revenue to save $3.

Update Dec 2015: They still suck! The have a variety of new pizzas but you have to order them and wait instead of having them ready! It was one hour before closing time and their door was already locked. You can only buy thru their drive thru window. They gave me a pizza with rotten meat. It stank and tasted bad. That proves the quality of that store. Going back to tje one in Hiram then.

Tonight the crew was slammed right at closing time with a parking lot full. The guys and girls didnt seem to stress over it and they brought each order out to every customer with a smile. My family has spent alot of money at this location because of the awesome crew working there and the great pizzas and will continue to be a loyal customer. Hope the owner of this location sees my post!!

The best Little Caesars Ive been to quality wise but they are never open as late as they claim during the week. They may leave their sign and lights on but they lock the door and wont respond to being in the drive thru. This has happened numerous times at this location.

I called in my order and still had to wait. There was an angry customer complaining about the drive through employee being rude, the line was rapped around the building so when I did finally get my food I could even get out of the parking lot. Wont be going back.

I thought They needed customer service training, but its funny how that attitude changes when the boss/owner walks in the store . Complete 360 in the way employees greet and test the customers whe Mr John walks in .

Pizza was delicious! Their ExtraMostBestest Pizza for $6 tastes SUPER similar to Pizza Hut--theres more cheese & pepperoni PLUS the crust seems different compared to their normal $5 Hot-N-Ready.
