I have been to this location on numerous occasions. My experience is always pleasant. However, last time i was there a few months ago I sat at the bar to have a beverage and i ask if I could get a pitcher of coke. The bartender gave me a weird look like she didnt know what I was talking about. However after I explain to her what I meant she got it for me. As the evening went on I notice my bartender didnt once check on me to see weather everything was ok or weather I needed a refill. All and all, I dont like the new employees that they hired and at less something chances I wont be going back. Oh did I mention that the delivery guy made a racists comment toward me. Not professional.

One of the worst experiences Ive had at a walk-in pizza restaurant in a long time. The staff/waitress was very polite, but after placing our order for a simple pepperoni pizza and not receiving it after an hour, we had to cancel the order and leave. I cant even rate the pizza because I never got an opportunity to taste it. And its not like they were slammed with customers. At 1pm in the afternoon, half the restaurant was empty. Maybe I should have seen that as a sign to stay away. Totally ruined my lunch plans for the day. At this point I dont think Ill have any reason to re-visit the location, so a one star rating it shall have to be.

To walk in and get trampled by the staff, and greeted by a busboy with pants at his knees and undergarments running amuck is generally not how I prefer to eat, even pizza. Looking into the kitchen I see several cooks wearing headphones and iPods, and a very disgruntled father and son ahead of me. I get my to go order only to find bacon on a veggie pizza. Ordinarily, I would smile at my good fortune of free toppings. However, I have not eaten pork in many years. The food matches the staff, SLOPPY. It is really a shame as Mellow Mushroom held a certain respect in my heart for quality. It cannot be found at this locale.

Ever since the remodel this place has been on a slow slide. On our last few visits the service has been excessively slow and sometimes non existent. On our last visit, my family was seated and waited over 10 minutes before we decided to give up on their wait staff and left. Nobody came to our table! The best part is that we were in the restaurant at 6:30pm on a Sunday and the place was half empty. I wouldnt be surprised if the only reason they knew they lost our business was because I chose to post this review. Its time to start investing in a mature staff.

Pricey, with fairly consistent smiley service and food quality. They offer gluten-free crust, grass-fed beef burgers and other options not available at your ordinary pizza place. Like their unusual names and pairings of items, but you can also build your own. Have a big window where you can see them tossing the dough and putting food items together. Laid-back atmosphere and colorful decor.

I hate the new remodel. It completely mainstreamed the atmosphere and took out all the creativity. Instead of Zeppelin and Joplin there was 80s pop... Walls are plain, drab and ultra modern. Great. Youre the Starbucks of pizza. Turned our favorite dive into a place that just doesnt feel right. This may not be fair and the pizza was OK .. Im just sad. :(

Good food, not great. Sometimes you get a crappy pizza, sometimes you get a average pizza. You wont ever get a great pizza from this mellow mushroom location. I also believe that mellow mushroom overall is a little overrated. Its over priced for pizza too. Ive eaten there several times due to its location to my work and home.

Service has been on the down hill slide, as the kids working there seem totally oblivious to the concept, and act like its more of a hangout than anything. So disappointing. Definitely turned me against patronizing this location. Hopefully better service at other Mellow Mushroom restaurants. Bruce Acworth, GA

Had the steak and cheese calzone with a Dry County IPA and both were fantastic! Others at our table had the pizza along with salads and there was nothing but a big thumbs up from everyone in our party. Way to do it right Mellow Mushroom Towne Lake we will definately be back.

Food is good but overpriced. I ask for either specials or coupons when I place an order and there never are any. They send off a $3.00 off coupon ( not that much off) with delivery but will not allow you to use it on that purchase. Wish there were better deals for families.

My daughter and I had the most incredible experience at this location! From the quick and extremely friendly service from our servers (Ayesha & Liz) to the super tasty salad and pie, couldnt have asked for a better time. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Its a shame because we have given this place a lot of business/recomendations over the years! NEVER again!!! This place gave me a bad taste for the company as a whole!! If I could give it ZERO stars I would!!

Yes its the best pizza around, but it can be high. Kuddos however to the creative local manager that found a way to save me $$ on a 3 pie delivery order for my daughters birthday when the other local pizza joints couldnt care less. Thank you!

We have avoided this place for several years because of the poor service until recently. We eat there a couple of time a month now because their pizza is always incredible and now their service matches their quality in food. Thank you.

Service bad. Food good. Will try again when there is adult supervision on-site. Salad was supposed to be on side...not done. Had to wait for my meal long after daughters came. Been here over 45 minutes only 1 other customer.

A great Philly Cheese steak hoagie. It took awhile to get our order because we dropped in with about 15 or people. Our waitress was very good. She kept us updated of the status of the different orders.

Great food. Love the kosmic karma and the Parmesan pretzels! Great staff. Very helpful staff and the management is great. Very chill enviroment also! Will definetly recommend this restaurant!

I always make sure to visit Mellow Mushroom when Im in town visiting friends. Highly recommend, the pizza is delicious and beats other chains by a wide margin with their unique recipes.
