Food was good, atmosphere was really nice, but service was weird. All of the women I interacted with were really friendly. All of the men seemed annoyed that I was bothering them. A customer stopped to talk to my daughter and she accidentally flipped her plate of food trying to show him her toy. The gentleman went up to let the man at the register know that we needed a broom. Cleaned up as much as I could while waiting but no one came over. Thankfully, a woman on break ended up helping me.

Funny how big range of experiences. It must depend partly of which staff are working. The staff who helped me were all SUPER friendly. The wete upbeat and took the time to explain menu options. The bowel was full and I wasnt rushed at all. My only criticism is that of all Chipotles....the dinning room is so loud! Had to add this, one staff actually took the time to come on the dinning to ask how I liked what they suggested. Nice customer service!

the staff is extremely stingy with ingredients. when you order a bowl, by the time you are done you can still see the bottom of the bowl. Even asked for extra ingredients and they are still stingy. Other Chipotle restaurants have MUCH better service. Also, most of the staff is comprised of what appear to be high school age teens. They are extremely slow and sometimes group up in the back to talk or hang out while lines get very long.

I think the franchise should do something here. I have eaten at many store in several states and this was disappointing. Stale chips very tuff steak and the burritos were egg shaped. I would say they were at least 25 percent smaller than any other store I have been to. And it is freezing cold in here.

The food is okay. As in other reviews the portions are so small. When you are paying 20+ dollars for food, I think you should be able to walk out with a decent size burrito and bowl. Also, every bag of chips I have received is stale and gross. Super disappointing.

Not a good first experience at the new Chipoltle here in Circleville. I felt the staff wasnt very friendly. They skimped on portion size compared to other chipotle chains Ive been to. The food wasnt very hot and there was a hair in my burrito bowl

Most of the staff is polite and helpful. If they dont drug test Chipotle probably should. Had to ask for chips four times with the person staring right at me. Food is okay. Not always super fresh i.e. my guac was on the brownish side.

Portions a very small, if you get a bowl it is only half full. If thats a new procedure, then give me a smaller bowl. Food is good. Staff is not the most friendly, always in a huge rush even when there is no line.

Delicious just like youd expect from Chipotle. The workers are nice and I have yet to run into anyone rude or seeming like they had a bad day. The only thing Im not a huge fan of is the dining room is a tad crowded.
