Lived in the neighborhood for a year and have been here at least 10 times. Never have I had a bad experience until today. The server, Addison, was pretty much invisible. Not once did my daughter and I receive a simple napkin. I found some by the outside bar and deliberately laid them on the table to see if I would get a reaction. Nothing. Not once did we receive silverware. Luckily we had pizza and a sandwich but would have been nice to have a server at least ask if we needed it. Not once was I asked if I needed ketchup for my fries so I went to another table who had just left and grabbed theirs. My second beer was ordered midway through my meal. I received it after my daughter said she was ready to go which was easily 20 min later. I consider myself very easy to please and I always tip 20% unless I experience something like this. Needless to say I was not that generous. I will mention there was a table of 25 next to us and their server was awesome as I witnessed her in and out quadruple the times my server was for my measly table of 2. She actually even brought my food as well! Step it up and I may be back next year.

Our experience started out by sitting in the patio and seeing 2 out of the 3 tv sets set to Fox News. I mean, do they WANT to ruin your dining experience? All we saw was Trump this and Clinton that. People come to eat out to enjoy themselves not to talk politics or have it in their face while theyre eating. And Fox News?? Why not play some ESPN or something? Ugh. But after we got over that- our waitress messed up my order and also forgot to bring out the salad before one of our meals. The food was really off, just flat out not good. I think this place just had a real off day because we have eaten there once before and the experience was much better. We had some out of town family with us and we kind of regretted going taking them there for dining out.

I hate that Im giving them 3 stars, because I really love their food. But their service is consistently slow, regardless of the time or day of the week, or the number of people weve gone with. The last time we were there it took about half an hour from start to finish to ask for and receive a drink, and at the end of the meal we had to walk up front and ask to pay there, because we were in a hurry and hadnt seen our server for maybe fifteen minutes after getting our dessert. And this was not a busy time of day. Otherwise, everything else is awesome. Really, if everything didnt take as long itd be one of my favorite places to eat around here.

This place is so much fun! Our family enjoys the Tuesday nights where kids can eat free. We also enjoy the fact that there are televisions in the booths so we can have a semi-romantic Italian dinner while our daughter entertains herself with the cartoons. Their seafood pasta is succulent and you can not go wrong with the house red wine. The booths have super high backs so it really cancels the noise which is great when you just want to have a quiet dinner. Its a staple in our dining out repertoire and well keep going back!

Just had another outstanding night at Zucca!!!. Each time I arrive I always receive a warm and friendly greeting from the bartenders and staff. Im a sports fanatic, so the staff is always ready to put my game on the TV for me! The outside patio bar is great this time of year. Lots of TVs everywhere! The food is wonderful ! Try the eggplant rollatini..its a winner! Cheers! GN

We went to this place and sat about 10-15 min without anyone coming by to say hi. We actually got up and walked out. Then a few friends wanted to try it, so we thought wed give it a second chance. Were sorry we did. $38 later for a pizza and 2 salads we were leaving thinking well never go back. Service was poor and food was not worth the money at all. Better pizza places in ATL.

I go for the manicotti, which is great. Their service is slow and one time they did not have two kinds of wines they had on the menu. Very disappointing. Right after their kitchen was remodeled, we waited forever and the waitress told us she was sorry but had a chance to talk to a media person. Very rude..wish this place would step it up as they have great potential.

Not at all a TO-GO place. Love the food and environment when dining in. They just lost an order over $200 because they wont take payment over the phone. Shame. We wanted mussels, pizza, salads from this specific location for a few friends. My boyfriend once tried to order lunch for me to pickup and they denied payment also. Shame and very inconvenient.

Got the spaghetti vodka sauce with meatballs, and the sauce was watery and runny. The meatballs were cold, and hard as rock. Our waitress had a horrible attitude. She initially forgot my drink, and no refill given. Wanted to speak to management, they did not seem concerned at all. Dont waste your time here.

Loooove this spot! DJ Suspence is awesome with his beginning ”old school” hits for us 35 and over mature crew! We love it early because thats when us mature crowds go out...and home by 1am. Lol! ***** Five Stars For DJ SUSPENCE knowing how to live up the mature crowd!!!! Awesome food and bartenders!!!!

Make sure you have a lot of patience and time. The food is good, but the service is horrible! When you walk in, there is no hostess so you must wait till one the servers sits you. By that time, youve already lost 5-10 minutes. A half hour meal can take up to one hour and a half.

My husband and I frequent Zucca as a local spot to hangout, and enjoy ourselves and meet new people. The staff here is the best, weekend late night dancing is so much fun! If you are ever in the area you gotta check this place out! The service and experience speaks for its self!

They have a little bit of everything. Service can be slow sometimes. The bar next door shares the same kitchen so if you arent in the mood for Italian then you can always ask for the bar menu and get some wings or a burger. They have a full service bar and patio.

Food was fine, but our server, Crystal, was terrible. Never brought silverware, napkins and barely spoke. Except when we were leaving, when she asked if we left the money for the bill. Its amazing how bad service can ruin a dining experience.

Service was a bit slow for lunch, but that appeared to be due to our individual waiter. The rest of the staff seemed to be a little quicker and more responsive to their tables. Pretty good pizzas, but I used to think they were a little better.

We ate here over the holidays and my husband and I really enjoyed it. Excellent Pizza!! Its a warm and friendly place, which is pretty much essential for Italian restaurants, the waiter took great care of and knew the menu well, loved it!
