Yea....whoever says the service is great must not be accustomed to good service. The food is ok...better than delivery but not quite worth the price. I was picking up a carry out order...and at the front podium it says "wait to be seated". So I waited....and waited...There was a girl like 3 feet away from me the whole time, which didnt even acknowledge my presence...so I waited. Some guy walked by...Didnt say anything to me, then walked back by a few seconds later before asking if I was dining in. I told him I was picking up an order. He said "go to the bar". I walked up to the bar and was totally ignored by the bartender. She looked at me, then went to make a cocktail. She must have been missing something because she turned around, looked at me, then went to the back and returned with a can of juice then went back to making her cocktail without any acknowledgement. She finally got around to seeing what I needed. However, she made it feel as though I was bothering her. She was not very friendly. She didnt even go over my order to make sure everything was there. Im guessing she noticed me looking through the bag and comparing the receipt before she came to see if I was missing anything. She finally got my pizza and I was able to leave. Honestly, if it wasnt for the pizza craving and gluten free menu, Id have preferred to go down the street to St. Angelos or Uncle Maddios. I probably wouldnt have been so annoyed if the restaurant was busier but there was literally like 5 tables and about 6 employees that I saw wondering around.

Honestly Im just done with this place. Ive tried and tried and tried to see the silver linings. I really enjoy their buffalo chicken salad but management here is so screwed up its just not worth being a customer anymore. Ive been ordering from here for years and years. Rob is absolutely fantastic and always takes care of his customers and is the main reason Ive been back after so many issues. Today I just want to order my salad. I get push back on not meeting the minimum delivery requirement - there is a new $16 minimum and I order a $13 salad. Due to being 1/2 mile away and a long term customer, several managers have been understanding and "override" this new requirement. Well today I talked to a manager - Luke I believe - who needs to work on his customer service. He begrudgingly said he would do the override after arguing with me and demanding to know what other managers Ive talked to in the past - how should I know? Yall have so much turn over I cant keep anyone straight there anymore. Luke then proceeded to hang up on me. I had to call back to tell them how Id like to pay. Now get this - my total? $17! Over the $16 minimum. I cancelled my order. I have a lot of things I would LIKE to say, but are not appropriate for this forum. So Ill be saying those things to everyone I know who frequents Blue Moon. So disappointing - I just wanted my salad for lunch during a hard days work TAKING CARE of my clients. Bye.

My wife and I went to BlueMoon on Wednesday March 21 to grab couple of slices of pizza and garlic rolls. We regularly go to this location and have always been more than pleased with the food and service. On this visit, as usual, the pizza and service were excellent except one small glitch - the garlic rolls were cold which we brought to the waitress attention. She immediately apologized and put in a new order for rolls. Unfortunately, there was quite a wait and by that time the pizza arrived and the garlic rolls didnt. Perhaps their kitchen was backed up. Rather than the pizza getting cold also, we ate the pizza. The garlic rolls didnt arrive. So, we requested her to cancel the rolls and asked for the check. A tad disappointing but we chalked it up to one bad instance among atleast 50 great visits. What happened next is the reason we love Blue Moon and will continue to visit. Without any prompting or complaining on our part, the waitress talked to the manager who stopped by and apologized and cancelled our check - even for what we ate. We insisted that we pay for what we consumed but the manager politely refused to take any money. This is what great service is all about. Blue Moon, you have 2 customers for life.

Service/Staff: When i called in my to-go order, the staff told me it would take 20-25 minutes. When i arrived 30 minutes later, my food was not ready. Not to mention how long it took the bar tender to recognize i needed her help. 15 minutes later, i left with my food. Environment: The restaurant floors were filthy and there was a wet mop resting against the drink station. The restaurant did not seem clean. Food: The Mozzarella Sticks we ordered did not taste good. They appeared pre-made/boxed and was not worth the price. 6 mozzarella sticks for $7.50... not worth it at all. Save your money and taste buds. Since this was our first time at Blue Moon Pizza we ordered a Medium Classic Pizza. Again, we were disappointed as... the mushrooms appears canned and soggy... the green peppers were raw and crunchy.. and it didnt even look like they used any cheese on the pizza. I ate a piece and threw out the rest of the pizza... what a waste.

My wife and I stopped by Blue Moon Pizza recently on a Friday night and grabbed two seats at the bar since there was a 30 minute wait for a table. Immediately, we were greeted by the bartender and before you know it, we were enjoying FIVE different draft beer samples without having to feel guilty for asking. Very cool. Upon settling on our drinks, my wife ordered a side salad which was decent, but not worth the $5. We also ordered the vegetable pizza which was absolutely delicious, but at $20, just a little pricey for my liking. It was enormous so we ended up only being able to eat half of it. Id much prefer the pizzas to be a little smaller and less expensive. So all in all, the food and service were great, however Im not totally convinced of the overall value which will probably keep us from becoming regulars. Instead, well probably just stop by...once in a blue moon!

I have eaten in the restaurant several times. I usually have good service and the food is normally pretty good. I particularly like the candied bacon topping. Not so good for their delivery. I was very disappointed. I live only 2.4 miles away and ordered delivery on a Monday. After an hour, I called to check on my order which had left 15 minutes earlier. 20 minutes later, the driver arrived with my cold pizza and rolls. Because I had good service in the past, I gave them another call to let them know my fresh pizza was leathery and cold. Unfortunately, they didnt do a whole lot to make me feel better about my overpriced meal...just said "Sorry about that. Well do better next time. Thats about all I can tell you" I ate it anyway...tasted like crap even after the microwave...perhaps an off night. Good luck.

I went here today at the end of lunch time. I walked in the sign said wait to be seated so I waited and waited. Four people came over near where I was waiting and eventually, as I was on the verge of leaving, a young lady asked me did I need to be seated. I told here I was waiting way longer than I should be she agreed and apologized. She also told my waiter Daniel and he made a point to telling me some of the staff was new and he also apologized as well. So if not for Daniel I would have left . I did order the lunch special two slices of pizza for 4.99 with a drink adding topping is extra. The Pizza was good not great but I may come again to see if they can seat me sooner.
