I had been going here for a while back when it was called the Pizza Bar. Now that it has switched to the Pizza Spot it had went way down hill. I went here one night around 12:30am. I ordered a Jack & Coke and got it. The waitress that served it to me decided to disappear for almost an hour so I ordered a margarita from another waitress. I paid for BOTH drinks and went next door to Waffle House. The first waitress had the nerve to come next door and interrupt my order to tell me that I owed her $8?!? This really upset me because I hate when waitresses take time off to go check their phones and mess around for an hour and then come try to make the customer look bad. This waitress had the nerve to yell "SECURITY!" when she was the one that took almost an hour off and left me at the bar. I look like a scalawag and have to pay $8 more dollars than I owed because Pizza Spot waitress decided to slack on her job. I never had a problem with this place until now but after this experience I will never go back, and I will be sure to tell my friends about this experience. They already didnt want to go back to Pizza Spot because of the changes but after this they definitely will not be back in there at all.

I visited this place also known as the Pizza Bar, on a Sunday at around 5pm. There was not a single customer in the place. When I walked in no one said anything. There was a waitress and I guess the cook. They just looked at me. No type of greeting. I asked, are you open? They kind of mumbled, yes. So I sat down and the waitress had a real funky attitude. Just had a coldness to her. There was also a guy lying down on a couch asleep in an area where people eat. I was really looking forward to some wings and about 15 of my friends was meeting me up there. I had to leave and just sent out a group text to change the venue. Horrible customer service. The owner needs to start over and get that chick and that cook out of there. They are killing his business.

Their baked wings used to be good, back when they were the Pizza Bar. Soft, tender, falling off the bone and melt in your mouth. I ordered some this afternoon and they arrived tough, shriveled, stuck on the bone and crispy. I would call them fried. When I brought this up to the bartender, she said, "No sir, we dont even have a fryer. All our wings are baked." I didnt argue. Im not that guy. All Im saying is either their wings are overbaked to the point where they become tough, shriveled, stuck on the bone and crispy, OR someone fried them off-site and sneaked them into the kitchen. Whatever the case, these wings are awful. Two stars cause the wine is okay. Otherwise, one star cause the music is too loud and the place looks like no one loves it.

This is by far my favorite little spot to go to. They have me spoiled as to when i go to other places im always comparing. I have been here several times and have always had great service no matte who it was. They have switched up servers lately it looks like everyone is new but they still treat me great so i wont complain. Went to the one on camp creek and shortly returned back to this one. Service there sucks!!!! The owner needs to focus more attention to that location sad part is i live closer to that one.

On a tuesday nigth during play off season this establishment was short staff. The waitress was confused and nonexistent for most of our meal. My food was cold. The owner was present and didnt even try to apologize or give compensation for our horrible service. We had to wait 45 minutes just to pay, when asking for our receipts an hour prior. Just do not eat here if you are expecting to be respected and for your money to be appreciated. Do eat here if you want to hear numerous excuses about the poor service.

I would echo Deneses review. This is a super awkward place to go. They make you feel like youre not supposed to be there when you walk in. No one speaks and they just kind of look at you. Its very strange and Ive experienced this all 3 times Ive gone there. The food is good but carryout always takes 20-30 minutes longer than they say it will. I get anxiety even thinking about this place and thats unfortunate because like I said the food is good. The atmosphere is cold and not inviting at all.

I notice my experience was similar to some others. I walked in, and no one was there. No one greeted me. I looked around and there were several tables with plates that needed to be bussed. The place looked and felt grimy. After a minute of surveying the place and trying to find a reason to stay, I turned around and left without a word. I was really looking forward to some pizza. But not at a place like that.

Absolutely great food!!!! Me and my husband both love the garlic knots!!! Best pizza and wings in town...we drive 20 minutes to pick up pizza instead of ordering from a chain pizza spot for delivery. Slices are large and definitely worth the drive :) Drink and lunch specials provide a great incentive for our busy and budget friendly family .....a must try!!!!!!

Nice sized spot with good food. I enjoyed the twice Baked wings - a good option for those trying to keep away from fried foods. I went on a Tuesday night and they had a live band - band played some 90s R&B instrumentals and was awesome but too loud for the size of the place. I couldnt hold a conversation with the person sitting right next to me they were so loud

Everythings great but the wings arent consistant..sometimes they are cooked well and sometimes their under cooked like they boiled them well but didnt grill email hardly. The menu says double cooked wings (I love well cooked wings)... I go for the wings and drinks....great sauce great staff just send the wings back they will fix them.

This is a great place to people watch on Friday/Saturday night and the pizza is really pretty good too. Its getting close to Mellow Mushrooms. Not quite but its on track and definitely worth a visit especially since there isnt much else in this neck of the woods.

The pizza is so, so delicious! Something about the mozzarella is just amazing! Love the vibe there, servers are always very friendly and attentive. Im happy to have found this place! Its unlike anywhere Ive been before!

The Lemon Pepper Wings are FAN-TASTIC! I wish when i ordered my pizza with spinach and pep, i would have had it covered in spinach.... Service can be a bit slow at times but i think they are working on that.

The pizza is amazing, the service is supreme the atmosphere is metro and creative, this place is a gem in suburban Mableton. The prices are a bit high compared to local chain pizza but the quality justifies it.

Poor Customer Service! We waited 5 minutes for a menu, the server said she would be back to take our order but continue to walk past us as though we were invisible. We ordered from the bar. Skip it!
