I want to give a hugh thank you to the nite manager the whataburger on east harrison his name is Danny. He paid it forward for my family that order four different combos meals. My mom had left her purse at home and the amount on the combos went a little bit over and so the manager paid it forward for my family. Thank you so much Mr. Danny just want people to know how my family was taking care of by you cuz my mother wanted to cancel one of combos and you paid it forward. God Bless You.

Eating lunch. An elderly man was eating lunch and asked for his friend. He was looking for odie. She came out and asked who was asking for her and i pointrd to the fragile man. She said he is my customerwho comes for breakfast and she had not seen him in a few daysShe. Was so nice. I was impressed and think that service. Is outstanding. Love. Whataburger. ..great. Staff

Everytime i order they take a long time for my order sometimes ibcall in advance ahow 30 min and its atill not done order is wrong. Today i ordered a meal showed up 20 min later food was still not done milkshake was over flowing making a mess everywhere. To mean the service has gone down hill ius5e to love eating whataburger now maybe once a month

I spent 18 dollars and some cents only to wait in line for some "GREAT QUALITY FOOD" I get home only to find a long strand of hair in my food. I was disgusted and phone the manager immediately. The manager was not that sympathetic and was willing to only redo my meal. I am so disappointed in this Whataburger.

Well I usually have outstanding customer Sercice in all the whataburgers but tonight the cashier Ryan G failed to smile not only to me but to all his customers. I know this because I sat across him and noticed this kid does not smile he is very dry and perhaps needs to be in the back.
