HORRIBLE SERVICE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! THIS REALLY DESERVED NO STARS! However, some of the workers were sincerely apologetic, so Ill give it a star. I wanted ALL dark, mild 10 pc chicken meal. Pretty easy right? Nope! Went to the window and was told 15 minutes to get what I wanted. So being the nice person I am...Ill just accept mild AND spicy ALL dark. Waited and waited, then was asked to pull up into a parking space because the biscuits werent ready. No chicken ready and no biscuits ready! Pull into a parking spot....wait and wait. Finally someone comes out and goes to the other car next to me (who was behind me in the drive-thru line) and gives her a big bag of food. Unbelievable! I tell the young lady I was there first and STILL havent received my order. I wait hoping she will rush my order right out...NOPE! Still nobody comes. Finally, mad as hell, I go in and ask for the manager. Some young man who couldnt even look me in the eye, gave me a half hearted mumbling apology. So I ask if I can have my original order of all dark MILD chicken, what I originally wanted, since ive been waiting 25 minutes by this point. One of the young ladies states mild all dark is still NOT READY! What?!? Really people? How long does it take for you to cook chicken?!? UGH! Finally, I ask for a refund from the manager. I should have gotten my chicken for free with all this inconvenience. It was never offered. I will never return to this location EVER! Im a pretty patient person, but this was just ridiculous! Save your time and money. Go elsewhere!

Horrible. We got into the drive thru at 945 trying to get some food. 5 to 6 cars were in line to get food. At 10 no cars moved and they turned off all the lights cars were pissed off honking their horns banging on the window and they just looked at everyone like they were crazy. They opened the window and talked to us we told them they were wrong and they "got offended" and were rude to us. Thanks for the great experience popeyes. Keep up the good work. Your customers are so happy

The worst Popeyes experience I have ever had they might be a new location but oh my gosh they dont trade anybody how do you run out of flour at the chicken spot better yet how do you run in a spicy chicken at the chicken spot your ran out of spices you have spices in jars in your lobby cut some of that up or what the cooks just lazy and they dont want to cook no more did you read what I just said before you ran out of the flower at a chicken spot Im done dont go dont go dont go !!!!!!!

This is a great location, but the service sucks, once in a while youll get a smile from an employee, but most of the time they get your orders wrong, so please check before you leave. Drive thru is supper slow, be ready to wait 9 to 15 min. I continue to go becuase my husband Loves their chicken. This place has a lot of potential, but management seem to have an I Dont care attitude, which reflects on their employees.

Food was fine however the service was subpar! There was no organization whatsoever, the assistant manager seemed to need management training and they were still advertising a promotion that was no longer available. When I ran back in to get additional sauces, I overhead that a customer had been there 4 times previously and they had screwed up his order every time! Will not be going back.

Horrible horrible horrible! Ghetto and the workers seem like they hate working and getting your food. Even the manager is disgusting as hell omg I couldnt believe the service. Lots of sighing and ughhhh when you ask them for something that causes them to do more for you .my husband and I left with the children when we were treated the way we were.

Great that its close to my home, but they never have food done or just dont have it. Went to get the new sweet chicken strips 2 days after it came out and the cashier said they dont sell them no more lol. So I left and went to the Popeyes on Semoran and they had them cooked and ready to be served.

They sometimes get the order wrong, they have their phone off most of the time, and their customer service is so so. With that said. The food is good, I love getting the spicy tenders for chicken and waffles at home.

Great chicken and good variety of sides. I am partial to the chicken tenders with sweet heat dipping sauce. When they have the waffle battered tenders with maple butter dipping sauce I could eat there everyday!!!

Went there at closing time. And they were under staffed. But the woman working the drive thru was so nice and sweet. So going back again. Cuz food was fresh and hot. And service was super.
