Twice in a row I ordered a chalupa with no tomatoes. Twice I was given a ton of tomatoes. I went on a Thursday night. The speaker was broken with a sign that said order at register. It took over 45 minutes to receive food. However they didnt even have the food I wanted from the menu. Also they were using bathroom paper towels as napkins in the bag. Tonight I saw through a 6 minute song after arriving at the window after paying before receiving my food, again with tomatoes. Id understand if it didnt say clearly on both receipts (2 - no tomato). Waste of time and money

I ordered a chicken burrito with extra avocado ranch sauce. I paid the upcharge for the extra avocado ranch, and the man who made it (I think he is the manager) forgot to put it on there. Instead of admitting his mistake and giving me a remake, he told me to eat the original. (I hadnt even taken a bite of it yet at this point.) So I did eat it and it was disgusting and dry. There was barely any avocado ranch sauce on it. I definitely wont be returning to this location.

I may be a health freak, but on my cheat days I love me some taco bell. Great place, cleaner then most taco bells, and theyre the latest to close so you have a better chance at getting your taco(s). Only reason I give this place a 4 star is because 8/10 orders will be wrong and I have to go back inside to fix it, they are nice about it, but its too often for me. Im a simple man, $5box- no cheese and no sour cream-always.

Janika took my order at the drive through with upmost politeness, more so than my waitress coworkers at the restaurant I work at. Greeted with a smile, I payed and as my card was handed back to me, my 5$ double chalupa box and additional steak supreme taco was ready as well. Almost as if I didnt break the car in the drive through, I was very impressed and will definitely prefer this Taco Bell over others! Thanks

The employees here really could careless on how they do their jobs. They cant even handle one simple order. Ordered a cheese quesadilla and three gordita crunches this timr. Quesadilla was chicken not cheese and the gordita crunches had no meat on them or gordita sauce. Skip this taco bell and head to the one on colonial

Hands down this Taco Bell provides the best customer service in the fast food industry in this area!! Its my first choice even if Im not in the mood for Taco Bell. Dining room is clean and well stocked and the drive thru personnel get me thru the line quickly!!

Horribly slow drive through (18 minutes) when not even that busy. Drink was watered down a they make them all long before you make it to the window. Was rudely handed food (no apology for the wait) and was not offered sauce and the food was cold. AVOID

Trapped in line for over 45 minutes! They provide no way out of the drive thru. In addition, they put up signs when they are having problems where you can only see them once you are trapped in line. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Typical fast food. Dont listen in the drive thru, often forget to give you things they charged you for. They are usually happy and offer a greeting though, so 3 stars is above average for fast food.
