Love, love Wawa. I do think they run a little behind on making good and drinks here. I have seen employees just standing talking instead of making drinks and then when the drinks come out the cups are sticky or theirs liquid coming from the sides. Ive had a couple of occasions where my orders have came out wrong. And just a couple of days ago I had the plastic wrap, that should wrap around the sandwich, actually inside my sandwich. As if the sandwich was folded on top of it. I shrugged it off being that it was busy Memorial Day. Was a little sadden that when I checked out and handed the girl my ID for my alcohol purchase that she took no thought into saying Happy Birthday. Since Memorial Day was my birthday. But that has nothing to do with their service lol. But overall I still love wawa and their red velvet cake doughnuts!!!! Yassssss ❤

Ordered a shake. Get over to the area where I have to pick up my order after paying and the this tall guy with dark hair is standing around laughing loud and chatting with a friend instead of making drinks. Meanwhile people are waiting. He finally and slowly decides to get back to work. Then I get my shake and its over flowing and dripping down the cup. Looked like the top would explode. He didnt bother wiping the cup off. This was May 16th of 2017 around 4pm or so. Really annoyed me! Do your job right or quit!

This location is always short on staff to make food. They always advertise a product but dont have it available. Discounted products arent properly deducted at check out, always check your receipts before you leave. I dont understand why this Wawa will be short on product when there distribution center is right across the street from them. They need to step up and focus more on the customer instead of dancing and talking while people are waiting.

They are just great. They forgot on my first order of the quesadilla to add the avocado and went back after I eat a piece and they gave me a fresh one no questions asked and I didnt make a big fuss about it didnt even ask for the manager but he came to me apologizing and gave me a sorry note with a $5 gift card. They are just great this is what I call customer service. They have won me over. I hope all their wawa locations are the same.

This is a 0.2 poor customer service. For some reason I dont know whos the manager because I dont pay attention. I can tell that theres no happiness, not Engagement, and employees look pissed off. This is wasnt like this before. This is my route everyday to work and to get back home. I dont know maybe is the management or employees but changes need to be done asap. I know this might be a money machine store, but whats up can go down.

This place is great. The customer service is excellent, people are friendly, humorous at times. Sometimes when Im having a bad day, and i come into wawa, there is a guy thats always singing and its power fun, it tends to lighten the mood of my day. Definitely one of my favorite stops on my way home. Highly recommended.

I go in here and Victor is working the register, talking with a mouth full of a Milky Way. I request a pack of smokes and present the coupon. The kid was rude! Definitely does not care about his job. Will not return to this Wawa. Circle K and 7-11 are next door and will be my choice from now on.

Honestly food whas good but there was one black female employee that gave me so much attitude i ask her if she could warm up my samdwich because my wife chaged her mind and she said there was a toast button when i was ordering and she never even warmed it up never coming back here again

Love this place, get coffee here every morning. Always well stocked and welcoming unless you have to deal with the one short, thick, Spanish manager. She always has a chip on her shoulder, if you need help never go to her, very rude and unpleasant. Other than her the staff is great.

This Wawa, like most, is rather nice. It feels safe. It tends to be busy, but the service is fast. Coffee is always fresh and hot. The coffee tends to be less acidic and weaker than coffees from RaceTrac. With that said, the bathroom is one of the worst bathrooms for a Wawa.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE! ! Most employees including management are very unwelcoming and extremely rude. I have been going to this store since they open but today is the LAST time I ever go there, Ill take my money somewhere else where Ill be treated right.

They have free atm, free air and water for cars and their sandwiches are better then any sub shops I have been to in years.Their Meatballs sandwiches are the best I consider them the Publix`s of convenience stores

Ive been going to Wawa since I lived in NJ. I love that they are here in Florida. Good gas at cheap prices, awesome food from the counter and the staff is always friendly no matter what time it is.
