Sat in the lobby for FIFTEEN minutes this morning 12/2/2016, the manager would acknowledge me and took care of the drive through only, when i asked her of someone could take my order she shrugged her shoulders and said "im the only one here". REALLY pissed me off because instead of apologizing and taking my order she went back to the drive throigh....5 CARS later a a cook sees me upset runs up to take my order, Angelica, the only o e who waswilling to even come to the fro t however she did t get the order correct at all so I left without anything. Horrible service and the female manager has the most unproffesional and nasty attitudes ive ever come across in any business. Never going to Burger King again. This just reminds me why I go McDonalds when i want a crappy experience. Atleast i get food there.

September 28 2016 Im giving this location and Hi-5 because of management they are doing the best they can with the staff they have coming here I always short staff I think a lot of it is because its not corporate franchise the location is one that is in the high quality area with the Town Center mall across the street hotels down the street and a lot businesses around this location in Florida Hospital down the street so the franchise owner need to do better than what theyre doing they can make great profit at this location with the proper and correct management which I think is hurt in this location very sad anyway kudos to the management they are doing the best they can

I was in a hurry so I went in and had an Iced Tea.....it tasted rancid... it was old. The counter help brought me a fresh cup and what a difference! I ordered the $1 bacon cheese burger for a snack. It tasted good however within a short period of time I was running to the bathroom with irritable bowel. Two days later and I am now home sick and had to take a speciman to the lab to see if I have food poison. I will not go to another Burger King ever again. I will stick with Chick FilA or McDonalds in a pinch.

July 2nd 2015 Drive thru. I was not asked size of my meal nor my drink. Lady upsized to medium and a coke without a question then tried to move me on. I was rushed before i could say my drink or size or order more food and i was not upsaled to upsize nor to buy any desserts till after i order my side of chicken fries and a pie. At the window was a grumpy lady without a smile with a total and a hurry me up go away look. My chicken fries were overcooked and had a bad aftertaste. =/

Worst ever I love Burger King but not this location! I order a whopper with small fries and the fries were cold and the Burger felt like it been sitting there for a long period of time.. I told one of the workers their and they was like well you got to order your food fresh..But later on that night I ended up rushing to the bathroom to vomit...WORST EVER !! I WELL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. They might as well shut down

Ordered a chicken sandwich, plain with cheese, got it with everything. Ordered a Double Whopper, no cheese, got it with cheese. Ordered a Dr. Pepper, they asked if I ordered a Coke, and even after I had corrected them, they somehow ended up giving me an Iced Tea. This is just one of the many times these idiots have gotten my order wrong. Avoid this place.

So this BK claims to be 24/7 and is one of the few places I can get food at night but every time I go they are down for "maintenance" or cant take cards. This place was just remodeled and reopened. Come to find out, they have maintenance every day from 2 am to 4 am. How can you claim to be 24/7 when there are 2 hours out that you can provide service?

Went to the drive thru at 9pm just to have something quick, horrible idea! My sweet tea was unsweet, old tasting, and watered down. My whopper had jalapeño peppers in it, i said no tomatoes and still got them, the meat was folded up and tasted old like it was sitting for hours, and the bun wasnt soft at all.

Extremely rude. I went through the drive threw and when I was deciding what I wanted to order the guy tried to rush me 3 separate times and when I said hold on a 3rd time he caught an attitude. This isnt the first time this has happened. I will never go back there again.

Pretty decent. Better than a lot of burger kings Ive been to. Service average and Ive never had bad food from there, I have had them make something wrong once or twice but no issues fixing them.
