Honestly.. and im not a person to complain about anything..but to put this simply.. they just need to shut this Burger King down. Its absolutely disgusting and no matter how many chances i give them to give me a decent experience let alone a Correct Order..they fail me. Tje lack of customer servicd training is apparent.. Its like nobody cares and their body language reads "i dont want to be here" ..very disappointing. I think today was my last time even THINKING about stopping here for a quick meal.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever gone to they made me wait 15 minutes before they even took my order and nobody was in drive-thru and nobody was behind me after taking my order I went to use the restroom and it looks like it has not been cleaned at least a month then while sitting down to eat my so-called meal my hamburger patties on my triple Whopper were cold my fries were overcooked and I had to fight the mosquitoes and the Flies for my food the lowest rating on this is not low enough

Horrible service!!!! I place my order and the person on the Mic was a complete smart ass and was talking on the phone with her friend the same time she was taking my order. Then gave me a Raw chicken sandwich and had the nerve to tell me thats how its supposed to look. Oh really a pink grilled chicken. Not only that I got only half the meal I ordered. So as they tell me how wrong I am about the food they offer me a whopper Jr to replace it. Smh never will I go back to this spot

Well not much has changed from previous reviews apparently.. Service was terrible, slow, crew was very unprofessional minus the cashier.. Got home.. and order is WRONG. 2 Double cheeseburgers and 2 Bacon double cheeseburgers. Recieved 2 hamburgers (NO CHEESE) and 2 Double Cheeseburgers (No Bacon). Let me manage this store for a month and watch the turn around.. SMH..

I pull up to the drive thru and was not greeted for at least 2 minutes I would have left but my wife is pregnant so we all know I didnt leave then I was greeted by an employee with long hair and no hair net ... I would have left but again my wife is pregnant so I sat there and waited for what seemed like to long for fast food and a drive thru.

Waited in the drive thru 13 minutes finally went inside and waited another 15 minutes after my order arrived it was wrong they had one job to do make a Burger pretty simple but when the staff including the manager is simple minded well you see my point ! In my opinion this joint should be closed and torn down

I went through their drive thru at 11:40 pm and there was people in there but they did not take the order when i pulled up to the window they ran out if sight acting like they were close . i live 5 min away from this place and lately they wont stay open till 12:00 am like it says on the website.

I will give them 1 star because I like the croissants... but the customer service sucks & the service omg slower then a turtle in a race & there is never a line!!!! so why is the service so slow if IM THE ONLY ONE IN THE LINE?!?! Im done with burger king...

Slowest bk known to mankind. Whatever u do dont ask for a whopper cause they r most likely out. In fact we r currently waiting for 13 minutes in drive thru still with one car ahead of us. And......still waiting... Wait for it......nope still waiting....

The manager was extremely rude at the drive thur window. She would not honor a valid BK coupon. She actually charged my card without even telling me that she did not use the coupon. This girl needs to be fired.
