If I would have rated this Taco Bell 3 months ago I would have given it a 5 star rating. The staff used to be super friendly, quick, and very very accurate every time for years. I dont know what happened but now I can pretty much say the exact opposite. Their drive thru associates are usually pretty rude, there has been times Ive waited at least triple the time I used to wait only to get cold or burnt or hard food that I did NOT order. Ive learned my lesson these last few times Ive gone, not to drive home without checking in the bag first. I repeat dont drive home without checking what you ordered first. Itll most likely be wrong. If I hadnt received such good service for such a long time prior to these last few months, I would have rated this Taco Bell one star for sure.

After specifically requesting a burrito with beans instead of beef -- because I dont eat meat -- I still ended up with a burrito with meat. The person who took my order clearly noted my request in the order, and my request was reflected on my receipt. Thankfully, my choice not to eat meat is a dietary one, not due to an allergy or sensitivity; however, Im sure you receive many requests to exclude ingredients from people who have serious health concerns and the negligence your staff showed could potentially result in somebodys death. I hope in the future you properly train your staff to recognize these risks and take proper precautions.

This particular location never seems to get the order exactly right but the quality is always very good. To go into detail on the low rating: Something is always missing from the order or overcharged on the bank card. No a frequent of fast food restaurants but this is one I will return to for the food but I hope the management team works on their attention to detail.

Orange city fl Taco Bell late night staff is so nice I got a 5 layer Barito they asked me if they accidentally put rice if that was ok or if Id want the regular one a and I said no they still gave me free lager drink and cinnamon twist went out of their way to make the customer happy.! I really appreciate that.!!! 10/25/16 I will definitely be back.!

By far the best Taco Bell in the area. The employees and service here has never failed me. Every single time I come the service is great, quick and always accurate. Everyone here is very polite and very cheerful no matter what time of day. This kind of service certainly makes me want to return often.

Pay no attention to the prices. Go there for happier hour. Med drink was Suposed to be 1 was charged 1.85, then the grillers. Website states 1.00 yet im charged 1.50 . when asked about it. Wow there the only taco bell not following the happier hour menue prices. Just a warning check your receipt.

This Taco Bell is horribly slow. I ordered a power chicken burrito at 1:39pm and it took 12 minutes before my order was ready. Only two other orders ahead of me!
