The only good thing in the menu was the queso dip spicy the salsa , the non spicy and the spicy one wasnt good at all, the restaurant was almost empty but the service was a bit too slow, food was horrible we order carnitas and chicken flautas. the carnitas tasted like dirty pork very disgusting, flautas didnt look like flautas at all and parmesan cheese in top of it seriously??? The chicken inside the "flautas didnt look or taste like chicken The margarita was disgusting too, tasted like dirty water ewww . Not 100% mexican, we have been in many mexican restaurants across the US and nothing like this one horrible experience, we ended up calling for our bill without eating the food the server gave us the ticket we paid what we consume but the owner didnt even showed up to apologize or tell us anything definitely service is 000000..food IS 0000 and drinks 000 NEVER GOING BACK VERY DISAPPOINTED agree with some reviews in here regarding the service but cannot agree about the food but everybody has different tastes

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service! Me and 3 others were seated and ordered our food. We received our drinks (sangria) which was ok. However, 1 hr and 15 mins later no one came to bring food or refill our chips and salsa. No one even addressed our table to mention the status of the food. After a while we told the server we would just pay for the sangria and leave. There was NO apology from this lady for the horrible service. She just swiped her hands at us, said okay and went to the kitchen. Apparently they hadnt even started making our food yet. I have NEVER received such horrible customer service. I dont even know if the food is good because we never received and no apology or explanation, just a dismissal

Their bad customer service couldnt even get me through the door. It should have opened at 11am. I arrived at 11:15 am and the door was locked. A male worker heard the door and looked over just to ignore me. I looked at my watch to double check the time. The employee made no effort to open the door. I went back to my car hoping they would run to open the door, but no, no one came. My daughter wanted to leave but I thought Id call them and give them a chance. The women said they were opening right then. Unfortunately, they did not open the door, so we drove off and went to Rancho Chico.

The servers were super friendly and helpful. I would be rating it 5 stars if the restaurant wasnt so filthy when we arrived. There was one other guest in the place and all the tables were dirty. The hostess was wearing flip flops on her feet when she greeted us, is this the uniform? Seems unsanitary ... food was really good but took a long time to arrive. Needs a few issues fixed but chips and food were great.

The server was great, he knew exactly how and when to check on us. The food was great. My wife loved the tacos and the fajitas were nice and everything came out hot. The sangria was the BOMB. I had been itching for good sangria and that was it. The salsa for the chips was also great.

Great place for a quick lunch or family dinner. The service was prompt and very friendly. I had the Chicken Enchiladas with a Beef Taco. Great greasy taste and also ordered the Queso Dip. Prices are great and well worth it. Will be back again and again.

Absolutely love the food!!! So glad to have a great Mexican place that delivers :) one tip though - request that your food be spicy otherwise it can be a little bland. Otherwise fantastic!!!
